before each use.

The appliance’s surfaces
may be hot during and after
use. Use handles.
4. A short power-supply cord
is provided to reduce risk.
5. Discard the protective
plastic covering the power
plug before use.
6. Do not let the electrical
cord touch hot surfaces or
hang over any edge.
7. Do not immerse cord, plug,
or appliance in water or
other liquid.
8. Close supervision is
necessary when any
appliance is used near
children. This appliance
is not intended for use
by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, children,
or persons with lack of
experience or knowledge,
unless supervised or
instructed on the use
of the appliance by one

9. Do not operate if the
Bravo or cord malfunctions

the Bravo. Avoid using

any material other than
ceramic, glass, or metal in
the Bravo.
18. Do not place paper,
cardboard, plastic, or any
other ammable materials
on top of or inside the
Bravo.

19. Use aluminum foil to wrap
foods that produce oil or
juice when operating and put
on the Baking Pan or Broiler
Rack to prevent re.
20. To prevent re, make sure
foil does not touch heating
elements.
21. Do not cover the Crumb
Tray, or any part of the
Bravo, with foil. This will
cause overheating that
may lead to re.
22. Do not place objects on top
of the Bravo.
23. Do not alter or modify any
part of the Bravo or use
attachments or accessories
not recommended by the
manufacturer.
24. It is normal for some smoke
to escape the Bravo when
heating for the first time.
25. If excess smoke is
escaping from the air vent
during operation, unplug
the Bravo immediately and
contact Customer Service
at 1-877-689-2838 or email
[e-mail].
26. Do not overfill the Bravo
such that contents are
touching heating elements
or blocking the fan.
27. During use, steam may
be released from the air
outlet vents. Keep hands
and face away from the air
outlet openings.
Be careful of hot steam
escaping when opening
the Bravo.
28. Avoid placing face near the
glass door during use.
29. Never touch the insides
of the Bravo while it is
operating.
30. Use extreme caution when
operating the Bravo or any
other appliance.
31. Never leave the Bravo
unattended during use.
32. Do not disassemble the
Bravo.
33. Allow the Bravo to cool
before putting in or
pulling out items or before
cleaning.
34. Keep manual handy for
future reference.

Electrical Information
A short power-supply
cord is provided to reduce
the risk resulting from
becoming entangled in or
tripping over a longer cord.
Longer detachable power-
supply cords or extension
cords are available and
may be used if care is
exercised in their use. If a
longer detachable power-
supply cord or extension
cord is used:
1. The marked electrical
rating of the extension
cord should be at least
as great as the electrical
rating of the appliance.
2. The longer cord should
be arranged so that it
will not drape over the
countertop or tabletop
where it could be
pulled on or tripped
over unintentionally.
The Bravo should
be operated on a
separate electrical outlet
from other operating
appliances due to
wattage limitations.
The appliance has a
polarized plug (one blade
is wider than the other).
To reduce the risk of
electric shock, this plug
is intended to fit into a
polarized outlet only one
way. If the plug does not
fit fully into the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. Do
not attempt to modify the
plug in any way.
3. If the appliance is of the
grounded type, the cord
set or extension cord
should be a grounding-
type 3-wire cord.

Note:
• The Bravo preheats to the default temperature of the menu
program. To turn off the automatic preheat, press PREHEAT.
• NEVER Allow any food to directly touch the heating elements
directly.
• All default temperatures, times, and rack positions are offered
as a guide. Adjustments in one or more of them may need to be
made to reach your desired results.
• Fan speed of High (level 3) is the default setting unless speed is
adjusted. Dehydrate should be the lowest fan setting (level 1).

Helpful Hints
1. To add more time during current cooking cycle, turn the START/PAUSE
dial clockwise. Monitor your food to ensure it doesn’t overcook.
2. Some moisture may appear on the Bravo’s door during certain cooking
cycles.
3. When air-frying, food can be lightly coated with oil beforehand to boost
crispiness and browning.

resistant surface.

Chrome Mesh Rack into
Position 1, 2, 3, or 4 of the
Bravo.

QUICKSTART

ON/OFF
Choose from among the 12 cooking menu options. Turn the START/PAUSE
dial to choose your desired function.
MENU
Choose between the 12 cooking menu options. Turn START/PAUSE to choose
between each.
PREHEAT
Heats the Bravo to the desired cooking temperature. By default, the stand
alone preheat temperature is 350°F.
TEMP/TIME
Use the START/PAUSE dial, turning it clockwise to increase, counterclockwise
to decrease. You may adjust the temperature and time before and during
the cooking process. To convert from Fahrenheit to Celsius press SEAR and
TEMP/TIME. Do the same to switch back.
• Days/Hours: To switch the timer to Days and Hours press PROG and
TEMP/TIME, to go back to Hours and Minutes press PROG and TEMP/
TIME again.
• TIME format: You can change the format to display minutes and seconds
(ex 10:59, 10 minutes and 59 seconds). Press and hold TIME for 1
second, if you press it again it will go back to the default setting.
Note: To adjust the default temperature, press and hold START/PAUSE for 1
second and adjust. This will be the new default temperature.
To adjust the default time press TIME then press and hold START/PAUSE for 1
second and adjust. This will be the new default time.
TOP/BTM
Adjusts the power going to the top and bottom heating elements. The default is
set to 100/100.
TOAST
Select between 10 levels. Default is Level 5, 425F for 5 minutes. Change the
number with the START/PAUSE dial for lighter or darker toast.
SEAR
Sears your food before the initial cooking process to preserve juices. Default is
450F for 5 minutes.
PROG
Gives you access to 100 cooking presets and allows you to store an additional
50 of your own. Refer to the Program section.
WRM/FAN
• WRM: Keeps your food warm after cooking until your are ready to serve.
The default temperature is 140F with a selectable range of 140F-200F. The
default time is 1 hour, adjustable up to 3 hours.
• FAN: Adjust between 0 and 3 fan speeds.
STAGE
Lets you cook at different temps and times throughout the cooking process.
PROBE
Use the included Digital Probe for perfect results every time.
LIGHT
Turns the internal light on and off.
Note: Refer to INSTRUCTIONS for detail explanation for each button and
features.

Getting Started
1. Press ON/OFF once to turn
your Bravo on.

begin cooking at the default
settings of 350F for 15
minutes.
• “350F” will be displayed
and the countdown
timer will begin.
• To adjust the cooking
temperature, turn the
START/PAUSE dial

This feature will keep your food
warm for up 3 hours.
1. Press WRM/FAN and TOP/
BTM at the same time
to activate the individual
WARM feature.

3. The temperature range is
50F - 200F.
TOP/BTM
Default – Top 100%, Bottom
100%. This refers to the amount
of heat coming from the top and
bottom heating elements.
1. Press ON/OFF.
2. Press TOP/BTM, 100 and
TOP will be displayed.
Adjust the amount of
heat coming from the top
heating element by turning
START/PAUSE. Adjustable
in 10% increments.

has reached preheat
temperature and your
food is ready to be
placed into the oven.


4. Carefully place your food
into the Bravo and press
START/PAUSE to begin
cooking.
• If START/PAUSE is
not pressed within the
5-minute countdown,
the Bravo will
automatically turn off
and display the clock
time.
Notes:
• Cook time and cook
temperature can be
adjusted during the 5-minute
countdown after preheat
temperature is reached.
• When using a
preprogrammed Menu
function that includes a
preheat phase; after the
countdown ends, press
START/PAUSE and turn
the START/PAUSE dial to
change the regular cooking
time. (See Preprogrammed
Menu Functions).
AUTO PREHEAT
1. Press PROG and
PREHEAT at the same
time to turn on Auto
Preheat.
• Auto Preheat will
automatically preheat
the Bravo to the set
cooking temperature.
• After it has reached
the set cooking
temperature, the Bravo
will go into a 5-minute
countdown just like
the typical PREHEAT
function.
• After the countdown, the
Bravo will cook at the
set cooking temperature
and cooking time.

2. To turn off Auto Preheat
press PROG and PREHEAT
at the same time.
DELAY
Default – 1 hour.
1. Press ON/OFF.
2. Press PROG and TOP/BTM.
• • Adjust the delay
time by turning the
START/PAUSE dial
clockwise to increase
the cooking time in
1-minute increments,
or counterclockwise to
decrease the cooking
time in 1-minute
increments. Quickly turn
the dial to adjust in larger
increments.
• Maximum delay time is
24 hrs. (“24:00”).

Using Delay with a Cooking
Function
Example 1: Delay cooking
for 40 minutes, cook at 360F
(182C) for 20 minutes.
1. Press TEMP/TIME. Adjust
the cooking temperature to
360F.
2. Press TEMP/TIME a
second time. Adjust that
cooking time to 20 min.
3. Press PROG and TOP/
BTM at the same time.
Adjust the Delay time to
40 min.
4. Press START/PAUSE. The
Bravo will delay cooking
for 40 minutes, then it will
begin to cook at 360F for
20 minutes.
Example 2: Delay cooking for
60 minutes (1 hour), cook at
400F for 10 minutes.
1. Press TEMP/TIME. Adjust
the cooking temperature to
400F.
2. Press TEMP/TIME a
second time. Adjust the
cooking time to 10 min.
3. Press PROG and TOP/
BTM at the same time. Ad-
just the Delay time to 1 hr.

for 1 hour, then it will begin

5. When the Bravo is

MENU
1. Press ON/OFF.
2. Press MENU. “Air Fry” will
be displayed.
3. To select from the Menu,
turn the START/PAUSE
dial or press MENU.
4. Once desired menu option
is chosen, press START/
PAUSE to begin cooking.
The cooking time will be
displayed.
• When the Bravo is
finished cooking, “End”
will be displayed, and
the Bravo will beep three
times.
• Turn the START/
PAUSE dial to adjust the
temperature and time, if
necessary.
• You can adjust the
temperature and time
for any menu option with
a built-in preheat. (See

Menus with built-in preheat
include “Air Fry”, “Bake”,
“Pizza”, “Frozen”, “Toast”,
“Broil”, “Grill”, and “Roast”.
• Once the preheat
temperature is reached, the
Bravo will beep, 5 will be
displayed, and a 5-minute
countdown will begin.
SEAR: Default — 450F, 5
minutes.
SEAR 1
This is set to default BEFORE
the regular cooking stage.
1. Press ON/OFF.
2. Press SEAR once, “1” will
be displayed.
3. Press START/PAUSE.
“SEAR 1” will be displayed
and the colon (:) will flash.
• The Bravo will cook at
450F for 5 min. (SEAR
1), cook at 350F (177C)
for 15 min. (default),
display “End”, and beep
three times, indicating
that your cooking is
complete.
