Oxley, or as basic as IDs and Passwords for your local network

denied, limitations on who and howthe device is used is quite

up to 10,000 users and up to 1,000 departments. To maintain

protection for emailed documents, SMTP authentication with

LDAP support guarantees scanned documents are emailed by

users who can be identified by the recipient.

RADF, the im7230 and im8530 become your on-ramp to digital

workflow. Scanning transforms your im7230 and im8530 into a

high-powered centralized document system. These MFPs support

scan to email, FTP,SMB or the internal harddriveincluding the

popular file formats of TIFF, JPEG and PDF. Faxing has moved

upstream with full 33.6kbps communication and internet fax

functions.
