TO PREVENT INJURY, READ AND UNDERSTAND THE
GREENHOUSE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.
Notes:
1. It takes about 2-3 hours to assemble the greenhouse by 2-3 persons.
2. The UV-protected side of the sheet is covered with opal white film and
must face towards the sun.
3. Remove approximately 2 inches of film from all sheet edges before
installing. Removing all film immediately after the construction is
completed
4. Make sure the greenhouse is located on a flat, level surface.
GENERAL SAFETY, WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
KEEP WORK AREA CLEAN AND DRY.
Cluttered, damp or wet work areas invite injuries.
STAY ALERT. Watch what you are doing at all times. Use common
sense. Do not use the greenhouse when you are tired or distracted from
the job at hand. It is recommended to use gloves for assembling the
greenhouse.
MAINTAIN THIS PRODUCT WITH CARE.
Keep the greenhouse clean and dry for better performance:
maintenance should be performed regularly.
USE THE RIGHT PRODUCT FOR THE JOB.
Do not attempt to force a small product to do the work of a larger
industrial product. There are certain applications for which the
greenhouse was designed. It will do the job better and more safely in the
manner for which it was intended. Do not modify the greenhouse and do
not use the greenhouse for a purpose for which it was not intended.
MAINTAIN A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
Keep the work area tidy. Make sure there is adequate surrounding
workspace. Avoid high traffic areas. Always keep the work area free of
obstructions, grease, oil, trash and other debris.
PROPER GREENHOUSE LOCATION.
Make sure the greenhouse is located on a flat, level surface.

1.1 Connect F-C02 & F-C02a by C-64,
fix the bolts and nuts.
1.3 Lay F-04 & F-C02a to a right-angle,
make sure the grooves of F-04 &
F-C02a are on the outside.
1.2 Lay parts F-03b & F-C02 to a
right-angle, make sure the grooves of
F-03b & F-C02 are on the outside.

2.1.1 Insert the bolts (F-C14) into the
holes.
2.1.2 Insert F-05 into the bolts.
2.1.3 and 2.1.4 Put on the nuts and tighten.

3.1.2 Connect F-05, F-19b, F-18 by the
upper bolt. Once the notch on F-19b is
aligned with the top of F-05, you can
screw the nut tight on the bolt.

4.1 Connect F-29 and F-17 to F-05 with
bolts and nuts, maintaining 3/4 of an inch
distance from the top of F-05 to the bolt.

5.1 Connect F-30 and F-05 to the lower notch
of F-19b with bolts and nuts.
NOTICE: The notch of F-19b MUST be aligned
with the top of F-05.
5.2 Connect F-30 and F-04 with bolts and
nuts.
NOTICE: Don't tighten nuts yet.
5.3 Insert two bolts into F-05. Connect F-30
and F-05 to the lower notch of F-19b, using the
lower bolt and nut. Insert the top bolt into the
lower hole of F-19b.
NOTICE: The notch of F-19 MUST be aligned
with the top of F-05.

6.1 and 6.2 Connect F-41 with F-23 by bolts and nuts. Make sure the shelf part is
facing upward

7.1 Insert F-08, F-09, F-10, and F-11 into
the bolts at each location.
7.2 Insert one bolt into F-08/09, connect
F-18 and F-08/09 with the bolt & nut and
tighten.
7.3 Insert bolt into F-10/11, connect F-17
and F10/11 with bolt & nut, connect F-17 to
F-05 by the hole of the bolt & nut in step

8.1 Slide one bolt into F-23, and attach
F-41 at its center, tightening the nut.
8.2 Insert F-23 into the bolt to connect to
base part and tighten the nuts.

10.1 Insert the bolts and nuts into each
hole of F-C06, don't tighten the nuts yet.
Slide the bolts into the grooves of F-05.
10.2 Slide the bolts into the grooves of
F-23.

11.2 Slide two bolts each into F-08, F-09,
F-10, and F-11.
11.3 Insert two bolts and nuts into the
holes on the top edge of F-19b as shown.
Do not tighten the nuts yet.
11.1 Insert bolt and nut into the hole of
F-B06. Don't tighten the nuts yet.

12.1 Insert F-06/07 through the bolts in F-19b and
F-C06a/C06.
Tighten the nuts.
12.2 & 12.3 Slide two bolts into the grooves of F-06 and F-07. Then insert those
bolts into the corresponding holes in F-19 and tighten.
NOTICE: Ensure that both units of F-19 ar eplaced with the side which has three
holes vs 2 holes, facing upward.

13.1 Connect F-C07 & F-C07a with F-43 by
bolts and nuts.
13.2 Insert one bolt each into F-06 and F-07,
to secure to F-C07 and F-CO7a, respectively.

14.1 Insert F-40 into the angle joining F-06 and F-07. Connect F-12 and F-19 by bolt & nut.

two pieces of F-24, as shown on
the diagram.
15.2 Slide a bolt into each of the six units
of F-24 and insert those bolts into the
holes of F-C07 and F-C07a and tighten.
15.1 Insert F-24 to the bolt in F-C06 and
F-C06a and tighten the nut.
