When Oki first launched the C5000 Series in 2003 it represented a
genuine breakthrough in printing for business. For the first time,
professionals in workgroups were able to access fast, high quality
and above all, affordable colour and mono printing from one compact,
convenient printer. The award-winning C5000 Series ended the
wait for colour without compromise – for all kinds of businesses,
all over Europe. Now Oki presents the new C5000 Series: the
C5200n, the C5400n and the C5400dn. They remain the best
printers in their class. The difference is: they are now even better.

The new C5000 Series colour and mono printers may look the same
as before, but there have been some important enhancements.
Firstly, they are even faster, delivering an impressive 16 colour
pages per minute and 24 pages per minute mono. There’s no long
wait for the first copy either – just 13 seconds for a colour page and
9 seconds for mono. And we haven’t only reduced waiting time;
we’ve reduced the cost of ownership too.

The real benefit of the new C5000 Series is that it enables everyone in the workgroup – regardless of experience

When printing mono the new C5000 Series is comparable to the average mono only
desktop printer.

is reassuring reliability. This is in large part due to Oki’s market-leading expertise in
single pass digital LED technology, which means that all Oki colour printers benefit
from printing the four colours in a single pass. As a result, the new C5000 Series boasts
a robust duty cycle of 50,000 colour pages per month and thanks to the straight paper
path, it can handle a wide range of paper weights up to 203gsm.

The C5400dn model comes with a duplex unit as standard, enabling you to save time, space, paper and printing costs by producing double-sided
documents quickly and easily. Other useful features include: Auto Colour Balance to ensure colour consistency throughout the life of the printer;
Oki’s free downloadable PrintSuperVision software which allows you to easily manage all your networked printers; and the 10GB Hard Disk
Drive (optional on the C5400n/dn) which enables advanced features such as password protected "secure print" and the storage of letterheads
and forms on the printer. With all these extra features the new C5000 Series enables you to do so much more than you ever expected.
