Please Note

General:
Remove the parts carefully, try not to break any
of the pieces.
Only remove the parts as you need them
Instructions:
1) Firstly remove the part (3), from the corru-
gated card sheet lay it on the foil
Draw around the card with a pencil and
then cut it out with scissors
Note:
Keep the remainder of the transparent foil.
4) Glue part (E) underneath the fuselage (A)
Glue on parts (F) tail skid and end cap (G)
as shown in the diagram
2) To make the fuselage you need parts A/B/C/
D/E/F/G/H/I and clean them up with sand-
paper
Glue parts (A/B) together as shown
Insert the foil windshield in between part (A)
and part (B)
3) Glue part (D) underneath between parts (A)

9) Remove part (L L) and sand the edges
Now take the corrugated card part from
step 1
Bend it around as shown (Grooves on the
inside)
And glue it to part (L L)
10) Remove parts (N/M/O) and sand
Glue parts (N+M) together as the pilot
seat
Then glue the pilot (O) in the middle of the
seat
11) Once dry glue the pilot+ seat into the fuse-
lage behind the windscreen
12) Add and glue the cabin from step 9 and
glue to part (C)
Glue the tailplane and fin to the rear of the
fuselage
6) Press out part (5) from the corrugated card
and cut off 10 x 40mm.
Smooth the raised side of the card with a
pencil or a ruler.
7) Cut out the tail fin (J+K) and clean up the
edges with sandpaper
Join the two halves of the fin together with
the corrugated card offcut leaving a 1 mm
gap between the two pieces
8) Remove the tailplane part (L) from the
sheet, sand the edges
Place the fin (J/K) in the middle of the tail-
plane so that the part of the rudder (J) pro-
trudes free at the back
5) Close the front of the fuselage with parts
(H) and (I)

13) Remove the wing parts (P/Q) and sand the
edges
Paint the fuselage and wings (P/Q)
14) Glue the lower wing centrally under the fu-
selage
Note:
Holes should be uppermost:
Glue the doors, card piece (2) on either
side of the cockpit
15) Lightly chamfer the ends of the 8 dowels-
or use a pencil sharpener
Join the wings, together gluing the dowels
on the marked places the dowels on the
marked places
16) Remove the wood parts (T/S/R1/R2/RR/U)
Clean up the holes in part ( R1/R2 and S)
with craft knife or scissors so the dowel
can be inserted
Turn the model up side down, assemble
and glue the undercarriage together and
finally glue it in place
17) Glue together part (T) and Part (U)
Remove the card strip (4) and wrap it
around part (T) and finally add the disc (U)
with the markings on the outside
18) Push a nail through the propeller and insert
it into the motor
Glue the motor and propeller to the fusela-
ge
You can now make small individual deco-
rative schemes using the remainder of the
foil or corrugated card.
