INSTRUCTIONS
1. Trace the patterns (Page 3) on the plywood sheets (see
diagram)
Before cutting out the parts drill the hole in the leg
4mm dia (b) Use a bradawl to mark the middle point in
the body.
Saw out all the parts with a Fretsaw and clean up the
edges.
Note:
Saw out part f from the plywood sheet (2) at the end
, otherwise it will be more dicult to cut out the small
parts (g,h,i)!

2. Making the body take part (a) Parts (g, h)
and (i) are glued on part (a) as shown.
Sand the edges!

3. The wooden ball (3) is glued on the
body. take care that the wooden ball
sits properly on the gap in the body! Use
a dowel .Once dry drill a 4-4.5mm
in the body.
4. Insert the brass tube (7)as shown
(4mm) in the leg (b)
5. Insert the screw (6) throught the brass
tube bearing and x it in to the body.
Note the leg must move freely.
6. Shorten the dowel (5) to 60mm, insert
it in the wooden dowel (4) drill the ball
out to ø 4mm if necessary!
7. Insert the dowel in the wooden ball
head. The weight of the leg (b) ensures
that the footballers leg (b) is always
ready to kick!

INSTRUCTIONS
8. Mount the gure on the base (f) as
shown!
9.Glue the supports (d und e) for
the goal posts(c) and leave to dry
10. Finished!
You can now decorate your model with
acrylic paint as you wish
Note:
Do not get paint in the holes or on the do-
wels as the function will be impaired
