Transfer the template (page 5) to the base plate (1). Drill all holes (ø3,
ø4mm).
Saw o all parts and clean with sandpaper.

Glue together the upper part of the wheelbarrow from the individual
parts (1a, 1b, 1c) as shown.

Glue the axle rods (1e) according to dimensions as shown. Let the glue
dry well.
Note: For alignment, the axle can be inserted through the holes.

From the side edge, measure 8mm on both sides as shown and glue
the wooden strip (1d) as shown. Let the glue dry well.

Apply the handles of the wheelbarrow (1f).

Glue together the wooden parts (1g, 1h, 1k) to the body of the worker
as shown above.
Note: The holes in the side panels must be exactly aligned
(Insert screws).

Then attach the gears to the axles of the gearbox as shown above.
Note: Screws must be oset by 180 °!

Then fix the thread in the body as shown with the two screws (8) and
two nuts (13).
Slide the metal axle (5) through the holes in the axle brackets and
attach a steering wheel (12) from both sides.

Lead the cables of the battery holder (5) from the front through the
hole in the body. As can be seen in detail, solder on the motor connec-
tions.

Place the gear wheels on top of each other so that the cross openings are
aligned. Then insert a screw (9) as shown. Unscrew 3 nuts each from the
opposite side and attach a washer (15). (important, otherwise the oset is
not 180 °.

Glue two wooden wheels (3) ø20 as "feet" to the lower edge of the
legs (1i). Let the glue dry well.

Place the legs on the sprocket bolt and secure it with the spacer roller
(11), washer (15), washers (15) and screw (10) to the marking in the
head as shown, so that the legs are flexible .

On both sides, screw a washer (15) and a stop nut (14) onto the gear
screws so that they are free of play.

Glue the two arms (1j) at the marked point on both sides of the body
as shown.

For better grip, flatten the wooden ball (2) ø40mm with the workshop
file on one side. Then apply to the top of the body.

Glue the wheelbarrow to the end of the arms as shown above. Let the
glue dry well.
