WSP403 ZigBee Smart Plug
Quick Start Guide

The WSP403 ZigBee Smart Plug allows you to remotely control your home
appliances and set schedules to automate via mobile phone. It also helps
users to monitor the energy consumption remotely.
This guide will provide you with an overview of the product and help you
get through the initial setup.
Make sure your appliance is within the 10A output rating of the Smart Plug.

On/Off . Used to switch the socket ON and OFF.
Reset Button
• Pair mode. Press and hold the Reset button for about three seconds until
the LED indicator flashes three times, then it will continue flashing for one
minute. Then, you can bind the Smart Plug with another device.
• Reset. Press and hold the Reset button for ten seconds (The LED indicator
will flash three times at three seconds, and flash again three times at ten
seconds). The indicator will keep flashing when the device is returned to
default factory setting.
LED status What it means
LED Flashing The device has not joined a network or it
is in pairing mode
Green LED The power supply is ON
Red LED The power supply is OFF
LED ashing three times Enter pairing mode or returning to
default factory setting

The LED status gives the following information:

3.1 To get started, you will need:
A ZigBee Gateway
A mobile app
A smart plug
3.2 Connect to the gateway’s network
1. Set your gateway to permit joining.
2. Plug in the smart plug and the LED indicator will start flashing.
Tip: If the indicator is not flashing, please reset the smart plug to default
factory setting (See page 3).
3. The smart plug will join the gateway automatically and the LED indicator
will become steady when successfully joined.
Note: If the smart plug fails to join the gateway's network within one
minute, simply reset the smart plug and retry.
