Read all instructions before using this bike. When using an electrical product, basic precautions should always be
followed, including the following:
• It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all users of this bike are adequately informed of all warnings
and precautions.
• If you experience chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or shortness of breath, stop exercising immediately and consult
your physician before continuing.
• Maintain a comfortable pace.
• Do not wear clothes that might catch on any part of the bike.
• Make sure handlebars are secure before each use.
• Do not insert or drop any object into any opening.
• To clean, wipe surfaces down with soap and slightly damp cloth only; never use solvents.
• This bike is intended for in-home use only. Do not use this bike in any commercial, rental, school or institutional
setting. Failure to comply will void the warranty.
• Do not use bike in garages, porches, pool rooms, bathrooms, car ports or outdoors.
• Use the bike only as described in this manual. To reduce the risk of burns, re, electrical shock or injury to per-
sons: It is essential that your bike is used only indoors, in a climate controlled room. If your bike has been expo-
sed to colder temperatures or high moisture climates, it is strongly recommended that the bike is warmed up to
room before rst time use. Failure to do so may cause premature electronic failure.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by:
• User-caused failure or damage due to improper intervention, installation or maintenance.
• Mechanical damage
• Damage to parts during normal use (e.g. rubber or plastic parts, moving parts, etc.)
• Unprofessional intervention
• Incorrect use, incorrect installation.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Install the front leg with the bolts as shown.

Install the back leg with the bolts as shown.

Insert the handle tube into the main frame. After the height is decided, secure it with a knob.

Install the handle bar on the handle tube with screws, washers and nuts.
(The screws, washers and nuts are preinstalled on the handle tube. You need to loosen them rst.)

1. Install two AAA batteries (not included) into the operation panel.
2. Slide the panel base into the bottom of panel.
3. Install the panel base onto the handle bar.

Connect the wires of the operation panel to the wires of the handle bar and the main fame.
(The L-shape connector should connect to the pulse socket.)

Insert the seat tube into the main frame. After the height is decided, secure it with a knob.

Install the seat base on the seat tube with the plastic nut
(The plastic nut is preinstalled on the seat base, please loosen it out rst)

Install the seat on the seat base. After that, fasten the bolt under the seat to secure the installation.

Install the left and right pedals on the main frame.

Install the at-head knob as shown above.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Once the function key is pressed down, the display panel will light up.
2. Press the function key consecutively to select mode “SCAN”,“TIME”,”SPD”,“DST”,“CAL”,“ODO”and“PULSE”:
“SCAN”: In this mode, the display panel will show up status of other modes consecutively.
“TIME”: Display panel shows the total working time.
“SPD”: Display panel shows the speed.
“DST”: Display panel shows the total working distance.
“CAL”: Display panel shows the total burnt calories.
“ODO”: Display panel shows the total odometer.
“PULSE”: Display panel shows the pulse of user. (User needs to place the hand on the handle bar)
3. To reset the data, long press the function key for 3 seconds
NOTE: The display panel will turn o automatically if no pulse detected or the function key is not
pressed for over 4 minutes.

ADJUSTING THE LEGS -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rotate this gear
If the bike does not stand steadily, rotate the gears on the four legs to adjust the levelness of the legs.

NOTE --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Always use the bike on the carpet ( not included accessories) to avoid the risk of slipping.
When use the bike, ensure your hand hold on to the sensing area of the handle bar. If not,
the pulse could not be detected.

Bármilyen edzés megkezdése előtt konzultáljon háziorvosával. Ez különösen fontos a 35 év felettiek és azok eseté-
ben, akiknek egészségügyi problémáik vannak. Olvassa el a használati utasítást minden tnesz eszköz használata
előtt. Ne használja az edzőgépet helyesen felszerelt fedőburkolat nélkül, mert a mozgó alkatrészek sérülést okozhat-
nak.Tartsa távol a szerkezetet gyermekektől és háziállatoktól. A berendezés csak felnőtt felhasználók
számára alkalmas.
• A tulajdonos felelőssége annak biztosítása, hogy a kerékpár minden felhasználója megfelelően tájékoztatva
legyen a termék biztonságos és helyes használatáról.
• Ha mellkasi fájdalmat, hányingert, szédülést vagy légszomjat tapasztal, azonnal hagyja abba az edzést, és
forduljon orvoshoz.
• Tartsa a kényelmes tempót.
• Ne viseljen bő ruházatot, mert az beakadhat a kerékpár alkatrészeibe.

ményi környezetben. Nem megfelelő felhasználás esetén a garancia érvényét veszti.
• Ne használja a kerékpárt garázsban, tornácon, medencetérben, fürdőszobában, autó beállón vagy a szabadban.
• A kerékpárt csak a jelen kézikönyvben leírtak szerint használja. Alapvető fontosságú, hogy a kerékpárt csak
beltérben, légkondicionált helyiségben használja. Ha a kerékpárja hidegebb hőmérsékletnek vagy magas
páratartalomnak volt kitéve, ajánlott, hogy a kerékpárt klimatizálja az első használat előtt. Ennek elmulasztása
idő előtti elhasználódást és elektronikai meghibásodást okozhat.
A garancia nem vonatkozik a következő módon keletkező hibákra:
• Felhasználó által okozott hiba, avagy kártétel szakszerűtlen beavatkozás, szerelés,
vagy karbantartás következtében.
• Mechanikus sérülés
• Alkatrészek elhasználódása a hagyományos használat során (pl. gumi- vagy műanyag részek,
mozgó alkatrészek, stb.)
