OHJEITA PUTOAMISSUOJAINPAKKAUKSEN KÄYTTÄJÄLLE
1. Lue huolellisesti käyttöohjeet ja varmistu että osaat käyttää varusteita, ennen siirtymistä
putoamisvaaralliselle alueelle.
2. Varmistu esim. katon kiinnityspisteiden riittävästä vahvuudesta.
3. Valitse kiinnityspiste siten, ettei pääse syntymään sivuttaisia heilurivoimia.
4. Suojaa köysi hankaukselta ja teräviltä kulmilta.
5. Muista säätää säätököysi aina oikean pituiseksi, välttääksesi mahdolliset nykäysvoimat.
6. Tarvittaessa järjestä riittävä koulutus, jotta työolosuhde muodostuu turvalliseksi. Koulutustarpeessa
voit kääntyä jälleenmyyjän tai maahantuojan puoleen.
VARUSTEIDEN SÄILYTYS JA HUOLTO
1. Lue käyttöohjeissa olevat ohjeet tuotteiden huollosta, puhdistamisesta ja tarkastamisesta.
2. Voit säilyttää varusteet myyntilaatikossa, mutta puhdista ja kuivaa varusteet ennen laatikkoon
laittamista.
3. Varmistu että varusteet eivät ole käytössä vaurioituneet, ennen laatikkoon laittamista, jotta
seuraavalla käyttökerralla ne ovat käyttövalmiina.
4. Säilytä käyttöohjeet varusteiden mukana, missä ne ovat aina tarpeen tullen luettavissa.
5. Muista teettää vuositarkastus 12 kk välein valtuutetulla tarkastajalla. Valtuutetuista tarkastajista saat
tietoa jälleenmyyjältä tai maahantuojalta.
MUISTA SEURAAVAT ASIAT TYÖSSÄSI
1. Putoamissuojaimia on AINA käytettävä työskennellessä putoamisvaarallisella alueella
(Työturvallisuuslaki).
2. Varmistu kaikkien työhön osallistuvien turvallisuudesta ja ilmoita vaarasta tai muuttuvista olosuhteista
niitä havaitessasi.
3. Korjaa puutteellinen työolosuhde ennen työn jatkumista.
4. Älä käytä vääriä tai viallisia suojaimia työssäsi.
5. Asenne ja oikea työturvallisuusajattelu, varusteiden lisäksi muodostavat turvallisen

TYÖTURVALLISUUSKOULUTUS
KORKEANPAIKANTYÖSKENTELYN PERUSKURSSI
Koulutus täyää seuraavan direkivin:
Direkivi 89/656/ETY työntekijöiden työpaikalla käyämille henkilönsuojaimille turvallisuua ja terveyä
varten aseteavista vähimmäisvaamuksista: Kohta 8: Työnantajan on järjesteävä koulutusta ja tarvia-
essa havaintoesityksiä henkilönsuojainten käytöstä.
Koulutus räätälöidään aina yritykselle ja käyäjälle sopivaksi esimerkiksi kao-, teollisuus-, rakennus-,
pylvästyöskentelijöille. Toteutamme myös SÄTKE ja TASKE projeken pohjalta syntyvien ratkaisujen koulu-
tuksen liiyen korkeanpaikantyöskentelyyn. Koulutuspäivän ryhmäkoot vaihtelevat 4-12 kouluteavan
välillä, riippuen koulutusaiheesta ja sen vaavuudesta. Kesto 3-6 h.

Koulutusta saanut ammalainen on työnantajalle riskitön sijoitus, ja vastuullinen,
turvalliset työolosuhteet järjestävä työnantaja on työntekijälle vähimmäisvaamus.
Koulutuksen tekniikat pohjautuvat IRATA-oppeihin. IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Associaon) on
teollisuuden tarpeista syntynyt kansainvälinen koulutusjärjestelmä korkeanpaikantyöskentelyyn. Koulua-
jana toimii Pohjoismaiden ensimmäinen korkeimman IRATA-tason läpäissyt kouluaja Ari Piela Vandernet
Oy:stä.
Koulutuksesta saa todistuksen, joka kertoo työntekijän ammataidosta putoamisvaarallisilla
alueilla työskentelystä. Pätevyyden ylläpitämiseksi koulutus on uusiava kolmen vuoden välein.

Before using this equipment, you must: - Read and understand all instructions for use. - Get specific training in its proper use. - Become acquainted with its capabilities and limitations. - Understand and accept the risks involved. Failure to heed any of these warnings may result in severe injury or death. Responsibility WARNING, specific training is essential before use. This product must only be used by competent and responsible persons, or those placed under the direct and visual control of a competent and responsible person. Gaining an adequate apprenticeship in appropriate techniques and methods of protection is your own responsibility. You personally assume all risks and responsibilities for all damage, injury or death which may occur during or following incorrect use of our products in any manner whatsoever. If you are not able, or not in a position to assume this responsibility or to take this risk, do not use this equipment.
Before each use Check the webbing at the attachment points, at the adjustment buckles and at the safety stitching. Look for cuts in the webbing, wear and damage due to use, to heat, and to contact with chemical products, etc. Be particularly careful to check for cut
threads. Verify that the DoubleBack and FAST buckles operate properly. During each use It is important to regularly inspect the condition of the product. Check its connections with the other equipment in the system and make sure that the various pieces of equipment in the system are correctly positioned with respect to each other. Consult the details of the inspection procedure to be carried out for each item of PPE on the Web at www.petzl.com/ppe or on the PETZL PPE CD-ROM. Contact a PETZL distributor if there is any doubt about the condition of this product.

Verify the compatibility of this product with the other components of your equipment (compatibility = good interaction when used together). Compatibility between attachment point and connectors An incompatible connection can cause accidental disconnection, breakage, or affect the safety function of another piece of equipment. WARNING, the attachment points of your harness can act as a lever on the gate of a connector. When a sudden tension comes onto the rope and/or an external pressure on the locking system, and the connector is poorly positioned, the locking sleeve can break and the gate can open itself. To reduce this risk: 1. Verify that the gate is securely closed and locked by pressing it with your hand. 2. Check that your connectors are properly positioned each time the system is loaded (lanyard, descender, etc.). 3. Make sure your connectors are compatible with the attachment points (shape, size, etc.).
Remove any connectors that tend to remain in an incorrect position. Any equipment attached to your harness (anchors, locking connectors, absorbers etc) must
conform to EN standards. Contact a Petzl distributor if you are uncertain about the compatibility of your equipment.
