PSEN sl restart interlock ist ein mechanisches
Zusatzmodul für das sichere Schutztürsystem
PSENslock. Das Zusatzmodul verhindert das
Schließen der Tür und damit einen Wiederan-
lauf der Maschine.
Ein Deaktivieren des Zusatzmoduls kann mit
Vorhangschlössern (max. zwei) verhindert wer-
den.
Add-on module PSEN sl restart inter-
lock
PSEN sl restart interlock is a mechanical add-
on module for the safety gate system PSENs-
lock. The add-on module prevents the gates
from closing and therefore prevents the ma-
chine from restarting.
Padlocks (max. two) may be used to prevent
the add-on module from being deactivated.
Module supplémentaire PSEN sl restart
interlock
PSEN sl restart interlock est un module méca-
nique supplémentaire pour le système de sécu-
rité pour protecteurs mobiles PSENslock. Le
module supplémentaire empêche la fermeture
du protecteur mobile et par conséquent, le re-
démarrage de la machine.
Une désactivation du module supplémentaire
peut être empêchée à l'aide de cadenas (max.
deux).

Das Zusatzmodul besteht aus einem Seitenteil,
das am PSENslock angebracht wird. An die-
sem Seitenteil ist ein Schwenkhebel (Höhe 3
mm) befestigt. Durch das Schwenken dieses
Schwenkhebels um 90° in Richtung Türzarge
wird der Schwenkhebel zwischen die Magnete
des PSENslock gebracht und verhindert damit
das Schließen der Tür.
Das Zusatzmodul ist im Auslieferungszustand
bereits zusammengebaut und darf nicht verän-
dert werden.
Unit description
The add-on module consists of a side section,
which is fitted to the PSENslock. A lever arm
(height 3 mm) is attached to this side section.
By swivelling this lever arm 90° in the direction
of the gate casing, the lever arm is positioned
between the magnets of the PSENslock, there-
by preventing the gate from closing.
The add-on module is delivered pre-assembled
and may not be modified.
Description de l'appareil
Le module supplémentaire est composé d'une
partie latérale qui s'adapte au PSENslock. Un
levier pivotant (hauteur 3 mm) est fixé sur cette
partie latérale. Lorsque ce levier pivote de 90°
dans la direction de l'huisserie, il se positionne
entre les aimants du PSENslock et empêche
ainsi la fermeture du protecteur mobile.
Le module supplémentaire est déjà assemblé
au moment de la livraison et ne doit pas être
modifié.

1. Befestigen Sie das Seitenteil mit Hilfe der
beigelegten Schrauben am PSENslock (sie-
he Abbildung 1).
Verwenden Sie dafür
– 2 x Zylinderschraube und die zugehörigen
Federringe oder
– 1 x Zylinderschraube mit zugehörigem Fe-
derring und die One-Way Schraube.
Installation
1. Attach the side section to the PSENslock
using the screws provided (see Figure 1).
Use
– 2 x socket head cap screws and the corre-
sponding spring washers or
– 1 x socket head cap screw with the corre-
sponding spring washer and the one-way
screw.
Montage
1. Fixez la partie latérale au PSENslock (voir il-
lustration 1) à l'aide des vis prévues à cet ef-
fet.
Utilisez pour cela
– 2 x vis à tête cylindrique et les rondelles à
ressorts correspondantes ou
– 1 x vis à tête cylindrique avec la rondelle à
ressort correspondante et la vis jetable.

Das Zusatzmodul ist jetzt einsatzbereit und
kann mit den folgenden Schritten aktiviert wer-
den.
1. Schwenken Sie den Schwenkhebel um 90° in
Richtung der Türzarge (siehe Abbildung).
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Schwenkhebel in
der 90°-Position einrastet.
2. Bringen Sie am Schwenkhebel ggf. ein Vor-
hangschloss an (Bügeldurchmesser von
max. 7,1 mm, lichte Bügelhöhe von min. 16
mm). Es sind max. zwei Vorhangschlösser
möglich.
Operation
The add-on module is now ready for use and
can be activated by following the steps below.
1. Swivel the lever arm 90° in the direction of
the gate casing (see diagram). Make sure
that the lever arm locks into the 90° position.
2. If necessary, attach a padlock to the lever
arm (shackle diameter of max. 7,1 mm, clear
shackle height of min. 16 mm). A maximum
of two padlocks are possible.
Fonctionnement
Le module supplémentaire est maintenant prêt
à être utilisé et peut être activé en suivant les
étapes suivantes.
1. Faites pivoter le levier de 90° en direction de
l'huisserie (voir illustration). Assurez-vous
que le levier s'enclenche dans la position à
90°.
2. Le cas échéant, fixez sur le levier un cadenas
(diamètre max. de l'anse 7,1 mmhauteur
min. de l'anse 16 mm). Il est possible d'utili-
ser au maximum deux cadenas.
