FT/INCH: Press the scroll up or down to select the correct FT followed by INCHES, then press the center button.

NOTE: You can hold the scroll button down to speed up the numbers.

IN THETIME OF DAY DISPLAY
Scroll up until SETTINGS is displayed. Press the center button.
Scroll up until LIMITS SET is displayed.Press the center button
to select
Scroll up or down for HR or HR%.
Press the center button.
Scroll up or down to select the HI LIMIT. Press the center button.
Repeat steps for LO LIMIT
Press and hold the center button to return to TIME OF DAY.

5HOW TO START AND STOP RECORDINGYOUR
EXERCISE SESSION
START: In the TIME OF DAY display press center
button 1x, your HR appears in a few seconds.
Press center button again, to start recording your
exercise.Your exercise will be stored in memory.
STOP: Press the center button to stop the recording. QUIT
appears. Measurement is paused and exercise is no
longer recorded. Press the scroll up or down to exit the
exercise mode and return to the TIME OF DAY.

HOW TO RECALL FILE STORED IN MEMORY
While in TIME OF DAY mode press up or down until FILE
is displayed. Press the center button.
Scroll up or down to recall the exercise information –
EXERCISE TIME, AVERAGE HR, TIME IN ZONE and
CALORIES BURNED.

In TIME OF DAY display, scroll up or down until WALKTEST is displayed. Press center button
to lock your selection.
Press center button to start the 5-min. warm up. At the end of the warm
up you will hear an alarm sound
When start is displayed after warm up, start the test by pressing center
button.The HR appears on display in a few seconds.
Walk exactly 1.24 miles on a hard even surface as fast as you can and at an even pace.
Press center button at the end of test
Your walk index and the date are displayed (for Walk Index Chart please refer to manual).
Press center button to return to TIME OF DAY display.
