connection cable or the plug, do not start up the
cooler bag.
eDo not store any explosive substances, such as
spray cans with flammable propellants, in the
cooler bag.
eWhen setting up the cooler bag, make sure that
the connection cable is not pinched or damaged.
eDo not position portable multiple sockets or
portable power supplies at the back of the cooler
bag.
People
eThis cooler bag can be used by children aged 8
years or over, as well as by persons with
diminished physical, sensory or mental capacities
or a lack of experience and knowledge, providing
they are supervised, or have been taught how to
use the cooler bag safely and are aware of the
resulting risks.
eAlways keep and use the cooler bag out of the
reach of children under 8 years of age.
eCleaning and care of the cooler bag may only be
carried out by children under supervision.
eChildren must be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the cooler bag.
eChildren between the ages of 3 and 8 may fill and
empty the cooler bag.
Cleaning
eDisconnect the cooler bag from the power supply
before cleaning it each time and after each use.
Storage
eHealth hazard!
– Refrigerated goods (food, drinks) may only be
stored in their original packaging or in suitable
containers.
– Please check whether the cooling capacity of
the appliance meets the requirements of the
goods to be cooled.
eThe cooler bag is not suitable for transporting
caustic materials or materials containing
solvents.
eDo not fill the inner container with ice or fluid.
eOpening the cooler bag for a longer period of time
can lead to a considerable temperature increase
inside the refrigerator compartment.
eRegularly clean surfaces that may come into
contact with food.
eIf the cooler bag is left empty for a long period of
time:
– Disconnect the cooler bag from the power
supply.
– Clean and dry the cooler bag.
– Leave the cooling compartment cover open to
prevent mould growing inside the cooler bag.
Starting up and operation
eOnly connect the cooler bag to the on-board
power supply (cigarette lighter) in the vehicle
using the connection cable provided.
eLay the connection cable so that it is not under
mechanical tension and does not chafe.
eBefore starting up the device, ensure that the
power supply line and the plug are dry.
eDo not use electrical appliances inside the cooler
bag.
eDo not place the cooler bag near open flames or
other heat sources (heaters, direct sunlight, gas
ovens etc.).
eDanger of overheating!
– Make sure that the ventilation opening on the
left side of the bag (see Fig. 1, 3) remains free
and is not covered by items such as clothing.
– Also ensure that there is a sufficiently large
clearance to the side so that the air can
circulate unhindered.
Otherwise, the cooler bag will not function
properly and there is a risk of overheating.
eNever immerse the cooler bag in water or leave it
out in the rain.
eProtect the cooler bag and the cable against heat
and moisture.
