Introduction
We congratulate you on the purchase of your new
product. You have chosen a high quality product.
Familiarise yourself with the product before using it
for the first time. In addition, please carefully refer
to the operating instructions and the safety advice
below. Only use the product as instructed and only
for the indicated field of application. Keep these
instructions in a safe place. If you pass the product
on to anyone else, please ensure that you also
pass on all the documentation with it.
Intended use
This product is only intended to be used as an aid
to reach high objects or areas in private households.
The product is not intended for commercial use.
Safety instructions
General safety instructions
150kg
Maximum total load 150kg. The
weight of the user plus tools and other
materials must not exceed 150 kg.
Keep the ladder clean and remove any dirt.
Keep the ladder dry to avoid any slippage or
toppling over.
Before using a ladder at work a risk assessment
should be carried out respecting the legislation
in the country of use.
Safety instructions with regard
to setting up the ladder
Before using it, check all parts of the ladder.
Do not use the ladder if any parts are missing,
damaged or worn.
Check all blocking devices. Before using the
ladder, make sure that all blocking devices are
locked in place.
Place the ladder only on a horizontal, dry,
immovable firm surface.
Do not use the ladder as a bridging structure.
When using the ladder on surfaces which are
not at the same level, please ensure that the
ladder is set up at the correct angle (as shown
in fig. B).
Leaning ladder should lean against a flat
nonfragile surface and should be secured before
use, e.g. tied or use of a suitable stability
device.
Attention! Metal is an electrical conductor!
Make sure that no part of the ladder is
touching a live cable.
When positioning the ladder take into account
risk of collision with the ladder e.g. from
pedestrians, vehicles or doors. Secure doors
(not fire exits) and windows where possible in
the work area.
Ladder shall be stood on its feet, not the rungs
or steps.
Safety instructions for using
the ladder
Do not use the ladder if you are under the
influence of alcohol, drugs or strong
medication. Do not use the ladder if you are ill
or do not feel well.
Do not use the ladder if it is wet, damaged or if
it has become slippery because of water, ice
or snow.
Wear non-slip footwear when using the ladder.

Always hold on tightly to the ladder and
always face the ladder when getting on and
off the ladder.
Do not carry bulky or heavy objects when
climbing up the ladder.
Do not try to change the location of the ladder
when you are standing on it. Get off the ladder
first and then change the position of the ladder.
Then get onto the ladder again.
Do not lean out too far when you are on the
ladder. Keep the centre of your body between
the ladder stringers and stand with both feet on
the same rung.
Do not step off a leaning ladder at a higher
level without additional security, such as tying
off or use of a suitable stability device.
This ladder is not a toy and is not suitable for
use by children. Make sure that the ladder
cannot be used by children. Do not leave the
ladder unattended after you have set it up.
Make sure that you do not get tired when
working and take breaks. Tiredness represents
an increased security risk and could lead to
accidents.
Ladders should only be used for light work of
short duration.
Use non-conductive ladders for unavoidable
live electrical work.
Do not use the ladder outside in adverse
weather conditions, such as strong wind.
Maintain a handhold whilst working from a
ladder or take additional safety precautions if
you cannot.
Avoid any tasks in which a lateral load is
exerted on the standing ladder, e.g. drilling
sideways into solid material (e.g. masonry or
concrete).
Do not use the top three rungs of the ladder as
a platform if you are using the ladder as a
lean-to ladder (see Figure B).
Do not use the top two rungs of the ladder as
a platform if you are using the ladder as a
stepladder (see Figure B).
Do not stand on the top four steps/rungs of a
standing ladder with an extending ladder at
the top (see Figure B).
Do not stand on the top two steps/rungs of a
standing ladder without a platform and hand/
knee rail.
Attached to the ladder frame you will find
labels with pictograms for a safe use of the
ladder. Follow the advices on the pictograms
to avoid accidents:
Before using the ladder, please read
the use instructions very carefully.
The extension of the ladder must be
at least 1 meter above the highest
point beyond the exit location.
Maximum intended.
Visual check before use.
Ensure standing ladder is fully
opened before use.
Check the ladder feet.
Maximum number of the users each
ladder.
Ensure opening restraint devices are
engaged.

Secure top / bottom of the ladder.
Place the ladder only on a
horizontal, dry, immovable firm
surface.
Never climb up the ladder sideways
and never climb from ladder to
ladder.
Do not use standing ladders for
access to another level.
Do not use the ladder as a bridge.
Keep your body centered on the
ladder avoiding leaning too far
sideways.
Make sure that the ground is dry,
clean and free from any pollution,
such as water, oil or waste, which
can cause that the ladder slips.
Beware of electrical hazards when
transporting ladder.
The ladder may only be used by one
person at a time.
Do not stand on the top two rungs.
Face ladder when ascending or
descending ladder.
Set the ladder always on a firm,
immovable ground.
The ladder has to be positioned in
such a way that the distance from
the foot of the ladder to the wall is
approximately equal to a quarter of
the operational length of the ladder.
The set-up angle will then be
approx. 65° - 75°.
Make sure the latch is fixed in
correct position.
Do not use two ladders to hold
platform for working.
Ensure top of ladder is correctly
positioned.
Climb the stepladder or ladder when
you have at least one hand free.
When ascending/descending the
stepladder or ladder, hold on
properly. This should always been
done while facing the stepladder or
ladder.

Before use
Avoid damage when transporting ladders on
roof racks or in a lorry. Make sure that the
ladder is appropriately fastened in place.
Before using the ladder, visually inspect it.
Check that all parts are undamaged and in
good working order.
Remove all contamination on the ladder, such
as wet paint, dirt, oil or snow.
Lock all doors and windows (but not
emergency exits) in the area around the ladder
where you are going to work.
Repairs, maintenance
and storage
Repair and maintenance work on the ladder
must be carried out by a technical expert.
When not using it, store the ladder in a safe,
dry place.
Cleaning and care
To do so, use a slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of
recyclable materials, which you may
dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for
more details of how to dispose of your worn-out
product.
Warranty
The product has been manufactured to strict
quality guidelines and meticulously examined
before delivery. In the event of product defects you
have legal rights against the retailer of this product.
Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our
warranty detailed below.
The warranty for this product is 5 years from the
date of purchase. Should this product show any
fault in materials or manufacture within 5 years
from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace
it – at our choice – free of charge to you.
The warranty period begins on the date of
purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in
a safe location. This document is required as your
proof of purchase. This warranty becomes void if
the product has been damaged, or used or
maintained improperly.
The warranty applies to defects in material or
manufacture. This warranty does not cover product
parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly
considered consumables (e.g. batteries) or for
damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches,
rechargeable batteries or glass parts.

Gør Dem fortrolig med apparatet inden første
ibrugtagning. Læs derfor den efterfølgende brugs-
vejledning og sikkerhedsanvisningerne omhyg-
geligt. Brug kun produktet som beskrevet og kun til
de angivne anvendelsesområder. Denne vejledning
bør opbevares. Hvis De giver produktet videre til
andre, skal alle dokumenter følge med.
Formålsbestemt anvendelse
Produktet er beregnet som stigehjælp i private
husholdninger. Produktet må ikke anvendes til
erhvervsmæssige formål.

Hold stigen ren og fjern alle tilsmudsninger.
Hold stigen tør, for at undgå at glide eller vælte.
Inden stigen anvendes ved arbejdet, bør en
risikoanalyse gennemføres i henhold til de lovlige
forskrifter i det land, som anvendelsen finder
sted i.
Sikkerhedshenvisninger for
opstilling af stigen
Kontroller alle stigens dele inden anvendelse.
Anvend ikke stigen, hvis dele mangler, dele er
beskadiget eller slidt.
Kontroller alle låsemekanismer. Kontroller inden
brug af stigen, at alle låsemekanismer er gået i hak.
Stil stigen kun på et vandret, tørt og fast underlag.
Anvend ikke stigen som bro.
Kontroller at stigerammerne står i den rigtige
vinkel (se afbildning B), når De opstiller stigen
på overflader med forskellige højder.
En anlægsstige bør lænes mod en jævn, fast
flade og sikres inden brugen, f.eks. gennem en
fastgøring eller anvendelse af en egnet indretning
til sikring af stabiliteten.
Obs! Metal er en elektrisk leder! Det skal sikres, at
ingen af stigens dele rører ved et strømførende kabel.
Når stigen bringes i position, skal man være
opmærksom på risikoen for en kollision, f. eks.
med fodgængere, køretøjer eller døre. Lås, hvis
det er muligt, alle døre (dog ikke nødudgange)
og vinduer indenfor arbejdsomgivelsen.
Stigen skal stilles på dens fødder, ikke på
stigetrinene hhv. trinene!
Sikkerhedshenvisninger for
anvendelse af stigen
Anvend ikke stigen, når De er påvirket af alkohol,
narkotika eller stærk medicin. Anvend ikke stigen
under sygdom eller når De føler Dem
helbredsmæssig utilpas.
Anvend ikke stigen, hvis den er våd, beskadiget
eller er blevet glat på grund af vand, is eller sne.
Bær skridtsikre sko, når De anvender stigen.

Hold Dem altid godt fast, når De er på stigen
og stig op på eller ned fra stigen med ansigtet
vendt mod stigen.
Bær ikke på omfangsrige og tunge genstande,
når De stiger på stigen.
Forsøg ikke, at ændre stigens placering, mens
De befinder Dem på stigen. Stig først ned fra
stigen og stil den så et andet sted. Stig
efterfølgende op på stigen igen.
Læn Dem ikke for langt ud, når De befinder
Dem på stigen. Hold Deres kropsmidte mellem
de to holme og stå med begge fødder på
samme trin.
Stig ikke ned fra en anlægsstige i større højder uden
yderligere sikring, f.eks. fastgørelse eller anvendelse
af en egnet indretning til sikring af stabiliteten.
Denne stige er ikke noget legetøj og ikke egnet
til anvendelse for børn. Det skal sikres, at stigen
ikke kan anvendes af børn. Lad stigen aldrig
være uden opsyn, når De har stillet den op.
Sørg for, at De ikke bliver træt under arbejdet
og hold pauser. Træthed udgør en stor
sikkerhedsrisiko og kan resultere i ulykker.
Stiger skal udelukkende anvendes til let arbejde
og kun anvendes i kort tid.
Anvend uundgåelige arbejder under elektrisk
spænding udelukkende stiger, som er lavet af
ikke ledende materiale.
Anvend ikke stigen i ugunstige vejrbetingelser,
f. eks. stærk blæst.
Hold Dem fast med en hånd, når De arbejder
på en stige. Træf, hvis det er muligt, yderligere
sikkerhedsforanstaltninger.
Undgå arbejder, som udøver en ensidig
belastning på den oprejste stige, som boring
fra siden i faste værkstoffer (f.eks. murværk
eller beton).
Brug ikke de øverste to trin som trinflade, når
De bruger stigen som almindelig stige
(se afbildning B).
Brug ikke de tre øverste trin/sprosser som
trinflade, når De bruger stigen som
anlægsstige (se afbildning B).
Brug ikke de øverste fire trin/sprosser hos en
almindelig stige med påsat som trinflade
(se afbildning B).
Stå ikke på de to øverste trin/ribber på et
stående stige uden en platform og et hånd-/
knægelænder.
På stigens ramme befinder sig klistermærker med
piktogrammer til sikker anvendelse af stigen. Følg
henvisnibgerne på piktogrammerne absolut
nøjagtigt, for at undgå ulykker:
Læs Brugervejledning.
Stigens forlængelse skal række
mindst 1 meter ud over det øverste
udtrædningssted.
Maksimal belastning.
Gennemsyn inden stigen anvendes.
Sørg for, at stigen er fuldstændig
åbnet inden anvendelse.
Kontroller stigens fødder.
Maksimalt antal brugere på stigen.
Det skal sikres, at
skrævesikringsselerne er spændte.

Den øverste/nederste del
af stigen skal sikres.
Stil stigen kun på et vandret, tørt og
fast underlag.
Sidelæns nedstigning fra stigen er
ikke tilladt.
Som wienerstige må stigen ikke
anvendes for adgang til et andet
niveau.
Anvend aldrig stigen som bro.
Undgå at læne Dem ud til siden.
Tilsmudsninger på gulvet udelukkes.
Vær opmærksom på farer på
grund af strømførende dele,
når De transporterer stigen.
Kun én person per
stigens / trappestigens bestigelige
vinkelben.
Stå ikke på den øverste sprosse.
Ha ansigtet vendt mod stigen når De
stiger op eller ned.
Stå ikke på de to øverste trin
