ATTENTION: PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE USING TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT
& OPERATOR!
 The crane may not be assembled or operated under the inuence of alcohol, drugs or any other
intoxicang substances. Lack of aenon while connecng the components can cause substanal
damage to equipment/operator.
 The crane may only be operated on levelled horizontal posion. Make sure that the surface is stable.
 Make sure the dolly and stand are correctly installed before the crane setup is put on.

Dolly & Tripod Stand Setup
 You will receive your D-37 dolly collapsed for shipping/storage purposes. To extend the legs, take out
the Allen bolts from both outer legs & pull out each leg unl it reaches to joining connecons and secure
with the bolts as shown below.
 To prevent any harm or injury, properly join all secons of the crane. It is suggested to use the support
stand while telescoping the complete length.
 Test operaon before usage. Neglect of such a step can cause harm to equipment or operator.
 Always connect the steel cables properly to provide stability to the system. They should not negavely
impact the movements of the crane in any way.
 Aer setup of the crane, the pan-lt head / gimbal head shall be posioned under the central pivot
secon. In the assembled state, when the pan-lt head / gimbal head is higher than the central pivot
secon, there should be someone to look aer the crane system.
 The complete panning & liing range around it must be kept free. Avoid anybody standing under the
crane. No loose objects may be stored or placed on it. Be very careful while using it indoors.
 Never operate the crane near high-voltage power cables. It holds danger to life.
 Parcular care is required when operang the crane in unfavourable weather condions. The crane
must be shut down in sucient me. When it is used on a rainy day, the pan-lt head / gimbal head and
controlling bar shall be protected against rain.
 When you want to transport the crane, make sure that the components do not rub together and cause
any material wear.
 Before the counterweights are removed, ensure the remote head is resng on the support stand. Then
gradually remove the counterweights before the remote head, camera or other parts.
 In the interest of safe crane operaon, avoid abruptly swivelling or stopping the crane; otherwise, it may
cause severe damage to equipment.
FOLLOWING THESE GUIDELINES WILL PROVIDE BETTER SHOTS AND TROUBLE-FREE OPERATION.

 Set the posion of wheels and lock wheels with
provided lever which allows you to have stable shoots.
 Aach dolly plaorm to D-37, screw in the Allen bolts to desired posions and ghten all connecons
with the help of Allen key.
 Aach the legs of tripod stand with D-37 dolly as shown
in the image.
 Detach Locking clamp from central fork, mount central fork to tripod bowl, again aach Locking clamp
for secure connecon.

 To add stability to your Jib, aach wire tensioner with hook on Locking clamp, then aach one end of
safety chain with hook on D-37 dolly and aach other end with wire tensioner as shown below.

 Wire tensioner and safety chain setup should be
properly aligned to ensure stability.
 Install the 5th Secon to the rear of vercal pivot point through bolt, washers and nut. Tighten the nut
properly to secure the secon.
 Slide in 6th secon to the rear to join the 5th secon. Install the Allen screws to the joining holes of
both the secons and ghten.

 Using the same approach insert 4th, 3rd and remaining secons to the joints and secure via bolts as
shown below.
Cable Guide & Rod Support Setup
 Aach cable guide to cable guide clamp on 5th secon properly. Loosen the bolts on cable guide clamp
in order to aach cable guide support rod to it. Reghten the bolt.
 Aach hooks to provided hook slots on all secons of the jib as shown below.

 Then aach 3 hooks to the hook that you aached (as per above image) with 1st secon & 1 hook to
3rd secon.

 Aach 3 hooks one aer another to four wire tensioners.
 Aach 2 hooks on both slots on cable guide. Then aach two extra hooks to hook aach to front side
and two hooks to hook aached on back side.
 Now aach one end of 2.2 cable with Red Sleeves to hook on back side of cable guide and another
end to hook on 1st slot on jib secon with the help of wire tensioner.
Cables Setup
 Aach 3.1 cable with Red Sleeves to same hook on cable guide and another end with hook on 2nd
slot of rear secon as shown below.

 Now join 3.7 cable & 6.7 Cable with Red Sleeves.
 Aach the end of 6.7 cable to one of the hook aached on front side of cable guide and another end
of 3.7 cable with hook aached to 3rd secon of jib.
 Aach 14.5 cable with Red Sleeves to hook aached on 1st secon of jib and another end with 2nd
hook aached to cable guide as shown below.
 Now join 3.7 cable & 13.5 cable with Blue sleeves.
 Then aach the end of 13.5 cable to wire tensioner with hooks aached to 6th secon and another
end of 3.7 cable with 2nd hook aached on 1st secon.
 Using the same approach aach cable to wire tensioner on another side of jib and one end with 3rd
hook on 1st secon.
 Now pass both side cables through space on boom of cable guide support rod as shown below.

 Install Head Plaorm assembly (leveling arm up) to the end of the smallest secon with the provided
bolt, sha collars, washers and nut. Tighten all the Allen bolts and nuts to secure properly.
NOTE: Install the pan lts head.
 Now Join 2.4 cable, 6.9 cable & 7.9 cable with yellow sleeves.
 Aach one end of cable to slot on head plaorm with the help of wire tensioner and another end with
the cable already aached to central fork with wire tensioner as shown below.

 Loosen the knob on rear secon, remove closers from weight bar and insert it to slot on rear secon.
Reghten the knob to ensure slip free connecon.

 Aach weights (Not supplied) to both ends of weight bar, secure with the help of closers.
 Aach LCD mount L-bracket to bracket already aached to rear secon with knob.
 Now mount LCD (not included) to L-bracket and ghten with screw driver.
