WARNINGS
This appliance is intended to be used in
household and similar applications such as:
staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other
working environments;
farm houses;
by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments;
bed and breakfast type environments.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent
or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid
a hazard.
This appliance shall not be used by children.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of

Regarding the operating times and speed
setting, refer to the section “Operation” on
pages4&5 of the manual.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Always turn off and unplug the appliance from the mains socket when not in use, before assembling or
disassembling parts and before cleaning.
Avoid contacting moving parts.
The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or
injury.
Always operate the appliance on a secure, dry level surface.
Ensure the power switch is in the “0” position before the appliance is plugged into the mains socket.
Make sure the rotating sieve stops completely before disassembling.
Do not put fingers or other objects into the juice extractor opening while it is in operation. If food
becomes stuck in the opening, use food pusher to push it down.

Make sure the juice extractor cover is properly positioned and locked securely in place before the
appliance is turned on.
Do not operate the appliance without the pulp container in place.
The cutting blades in the rotating sieve are sharp, handle with care.
Do not unfasten locking handles while the appliance is in operation.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using your juice extractor for the first time, thoroughly clean cover, pusher, pulp container, juice cup,
juice cup cover and sieve in clean water.
Never immerse the base in water. Clean the base with a slightly damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
ASSEMBLY
WARNING: ALWAYS make sure the appliance is turned off and unplugged before assembly and disassembly.
1. Place the base on a clean, flat surface.
2. Place the sieve holder on the base, positioning
the spout on the right side.
3. Place the sieve inside the sieve holder.
Turn and gently push down the sieve until it is
seated in the sieve holder.
4. Slide the pulp container into position on the left side of the base by tilting opening slightly under the

sieve holder.
5. Place the cover on the sieve holder and lock the cover into position by sliding the locking handles up
until they click onto the tabs located on both sides of the cover.
6. Slide the food pusher down the feed tube.
7. Put the juice cup cover on the cup and then place the assembled juice cup under the spout.
NOTE: Make sure that the locking handles and the cover are locked in place properly; otherwise the
appliance will not operate.
PREPARING FRUITS AND VEGETABLES FOR JUICING
Wash fruits and vegetables.
Peel fruits that have inedible skins such as citrus fruits, pineapple, melons, etc.
Pit all fruits with hard seeds or stones such as peaches, cherries, etc.
Most fruits and vegetables such as apples, carrots and cucumbers will not need to be cut. If the pieces are
too big for the feed tube slice the fruit or vegetables before starting to juice.
OPERATION
1. Plug the appliance into the mains socket.
The blue light ring on the control knob will illuminate.
2. Set the control knob to the desired speed depending on the type of fruit or vegetable that is being
juiced.
1: low speed, soft fruit or vegetable such as berries, cucumber, tomatoes, etc. should be juiced at low
speed.
2: high speed, harder fruit or vegetables such as apples, celery, carrots, etc. should be juiced at high
speed.
3. Lift the food pusher out of the feed tube and drop food into the feed tube. Push through by inserting the
food pusher and pressing firmly.
NOTE: To extract the maximum amount of juice, please push the food pusher down SLOWLY.
Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 2 minutes.

4. The juice will flow into the juice cup and the pulp will accumulate in the pulp container.
If the pulp container is full, empty it before continue juicing. Turn off and unplug the appliance from
the mains socket. Unlock the cover and then remove the pulp container. Empty the pulp container.
Replace the pulp container by sliding it into position. Lock the cover and then plug the appliance into
the mains socket. Turn the control knob to the desired speed.
5. When the juicing is finished, turn the control knob to the 0 position to turn off the appliance.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning: Always turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
Disassembling the juice extractor
1. Remove the food pusher from the feed tube.
2. Pull the locking handles outwards from the bottom to unlock the cover.
3. Remove the cover.
4. Carefully remove the sieve by pulling up its rim. Be careful not to touch the
blades in the bottom of the sieve.
5. Remove the sieve holder.
6. Remove the pulp and juice container.
Cleaning
Clean the base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the base in water or any other liquid.
Wash all removable parts in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Clean the sieve with a small nylon brush (not supplied).
WARNING: Please take care to clean the sieve. The blades at the bottom are very SHARP.
Surfaces in contact with food should be cleaned regularly to avoid cross contamination from different types
of food, the use of warm clean water with a mild detergent is advisable when dealing with surfaces that
come into contact with food.
Correct food hygiene practises should always be followed at all times to avoid possibility of food poisoning
/cross contamination.
Dry the entire appliance with a dry cloth before replacing.
Do not use chemical cleaners or abrasives product for cleaning.

MISES EN GARDE IMPORTANTES
•Éteignez et débranchez toujours l'appareil après usage, avant de le nettoyer et avant de monter ou de
démonter les accessoires.
•Évitez tout contact avec les pièces mobiles.
•L’utilisation d’accessoires autres que ceux vendus ou recommandés par le fabricant peut être à l’origine
d’un incendie, de blessures ou de chocs électriques.
•L’appareil doit toujours fonctionner sur une surface plane, stable et sèche.
•Vérifiez que le bouton marche/arrêt est sur '0' avant de brancher l’appareil.
•Attendez l’arrêt complet du filtre rotatif avant de démonter l’appareil.
•Ne mettez en aucun cas vos doigts ou tout autre objet dans La centrifugeuse pendant qu’elle est en
fonctionnement. Si les aliments se bloquent dans l'ouverture, utilisez le poussoir pour les faire descendre.
•Veillez à positionner et verrouiller le couvercle correctement avant d’allumer la centrifugeuse.
•Ne faites pas fonctionner l'appareil sans le bac à pulpe en place.
•Les lames du filtre rotatif sont très coupantes, manipulez-les avec précaution.

AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
Avant d'utiliser votre centrifugeuse pour la première fois, lavez soigneusement le couvercle, le poussoir, le
bac à pulpe, le bac à jus, le couvercle du bac à jus et le filtre.
Ne mettez en aucun cas la base dans l'eau. Nettoyez la base avec un chiffon légèrement imbibé d'eau.
Séchez bien.
MONTAGE
ATTENTION: Vérifiez TOUJOURS que l'appareil est éteint et débranché avant toute manipulation de
montage ou de démontage.
1. Placez la base sur une surface plane et propre.
2. Placez le support du filtre sur la base, avec le bec
verseur à droite.
3. Mettez le filtre sur son support.
•Tournez le filtre et poussez-le délicatement vers
le bas pour le verrouiller dans le support.
4. Montez le bac à pulpe dans son emplacement sur la partie gauche de la base en penchant légèrement
l'ouverture sous le support du filtre.
5. Placez le couvercle sur le support du filtre et verrouillez-le en rabattant les verrous (ils doivent venir
s'enclencher sur les ergots prévus à cet effet, de part et d'autre du couvercle).
6. Mettez le poussoir dans la cheminée.
7. Mettez le couvercle du bac à jus sur celui-ci, puis montez le bac dans son emplacement situé sous le bec
verseur.
REMARQUE : Le couvercle et les verrous doivent être correctement fermés, faute de quoi l'appareil ne peut

pas fonctionner.
PRÉPARATION DES FRUITS ET DES LÉGUMES À L'EXTRACTION DU JUS
•Lavez les fruits/légumes.
•Épluchez les fruits dont la peau n'est pas comestible (agrumes, ananas, melons etc.).
•Enlevez les pépins ou les noyaux durs des fruits qui en ont (pêches, cerises etc.).
•La plupart des fruits et des légumes n'ont pas besoin d'être découpés (ex: pommes, carottes, concombres
etc.). Si les fruits/légumes sont trop volumineux pour passer par la cheminée, découpez-les avant de les
passer dans l'appareil.
UTILISATION
1. Branchez l'appareil.
•Le voyant bleu autour du bouton de contrôle s'allume.
2. Réglez le bouton sur la vitesse qui convient, selon le type de fruit ou de légume en question.
•1: vitesse lente; cette vitesse sert pour les fruits/légumes mous: baies, concombres, tomates etc.
•2: vitesse rapide; cette vitesse sert pour les fruits/légumes durs: pommes, céleri, carottes etc.
3. Ôtez le poussoir de la cheminée et mettez les aliments dans celle-ci. Réinsérez le poussoir et utilisez-le
pour presser les aliments contre la lame en appuyant fort.
•REMARQUE : Pour extraire le maximum de jus, appuyez toujours lentement sur le poussoir.
•N’utilisez pas l'appareil en continu pendant plus de 2 minutes.
4. Le jus coule dans le bac à jus, et la pulpe retenue s'accumule dans le bac à pulpe.
•Lorsque le bac à pulpe est plein, videz-le avec de continuer. Éteignez l'appareil et débranchez-le.
Déverrouillez le couvercle et enlevez le bac à pulpe. Videz le bac à pulpe. Remettez le bac en place en
le faisant coulisser dans son emplacement. Verrouillez le couvercle et branchez l'appareil. Mettez le
bouton de contrôle sur la vitesse souhaitée.
5. Lorsque vous avez fini d'utiliser l'appareil, éteignez-le en mettant le bouton de contrôle sur 0.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Attention: Éteignez et débranchez toujours l’appareil avant de le nettoyer.
Démontage de la centrifugeuse
1. Sortez le poussoir de la cheminée.
2. Déverrouillez le couvercle en tirant les verrous vers l'extérieur à partir du bas.
3. Ôtez le couvercle.
4. Sortez délicatement le filtre en le tenant par ses bords. Faites attention à ne pas
toucher les lames situées au fond du filtre.
5. Enlevez le support du filtre.
6. Enlevez le bac à jus et le bac à pulpe.
Nettoyage
Nettoyez la base en la frottant avec un chiffon mouillé. La base ne doit pas être mise dans l'eau ni dans
aucun autre liquide.
Toutes les parties amovibles peuvent se laver à l'eau chaude savonneuse. Rincez-les et séchez-les bien.
Nettoyez le filtre avec une petite brosse en nylon (non fournie).
ATTENTION: Soyez très vigilant lors du nettoyage du filtre. Les lames situées au fond sont très coupantes.

Les surfaces en contact avec les aliments doivent faire l’objet d’un nettoyage régulier afin d’éviter tout
risque de contamination croisée entre les différents types d’aliments ; les surfaces en contact avec les
aliments sont à nettoyer de préférence avec de l’eau chaude propre et un détergent doux.
Le maintien de bonnes pratiques en matière d’hygiène alimentaire permet d’éviter tout risque de
contamination croisée ou d’intoxication alimentaire.
Séchez tout l’appareil avec un chiffon sec avant de le remettre en place.
N'utilisez pas des produits de nettoyage chimiques ou abrasifs.

WAARSCHUWINGEN
Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bedoeld voor gebruik

Dit apparaat mag niet door kinderen worden
gebruikt. Houd het apparaat en het snoer
ervan buiten het bereik van kinderen.

demonteren en reinigen.
Gebruik dit apparaat niet wanneer de
draaiende zeef of het beschermende deksel is
beschadigd of zichtbare barsten vertoont.
Verwijs naar de paragraaf “Reinigen en
onderhoud” op pagina 16&17 van de
gebruiksaanwijzing voor meer details over het
reinigen van oppervlakken die in contact
komen met levensmiddelen.
Schakel het apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit
het stopcontact voordat u hulpstukken gaat
vervangen of onderdelen gaat benaderen die
tijdens de werking bewegen.
Dit apparaat kan worden gebruikt door
personen met een beperkt lichamelijk,
zintuiglijk of geestelijk vermogen of een gebrek
aan ervaring of kennis, op voorwaarde dat zij
onder toezicht verblijven of instructies

BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSVOORZORGEN
Schakel altijd het apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact wanneer het niet wordt gebruikt,
voordat u onderdelen gaat monteren of verwijderen en voor het reinigen.
Voorkom aanraking van de bewegende onderdelen.
Het gebruik van hulpstukken die niet door de fabrikant worden verkocht of aanbevolen kan brand,
elektrische schokken of verwonding veroorzaken.
Gebruik het apparaat uitsluitend op een veilige, droge en vlakke ondergrond.
Zorg ervoor dat de schakelaar in de stand “0” is geschakeld voordat u het apparaat op een stopcontact
aansluit.
Controleer of de draaiende zeef volledig tot stilstand is gekomen voordat u het apparaat demonteert.
Stop geen vingers of andere voorwerpen in de opening van de fruitpers terwijl deze in werking is. Voedsel
dat vast komt te zitten kunt u met de stamper naar beneden duwen.
Controleer of het deksel van de fruitpers goed op het apparaat bevestigd en vergrendeld is voordat u het
apparaat inschakelt.
Gebruik het apparaat niet zonder dat de zeef voor het vruchtvlees is bevestigd.
De snijmessen in de draaiende zeef zijn scherp. Hanteer ze voorzichtig.
Maak de vergrendelingen niet los terwijl het apparaat in werking is.

VOOR DE EERSTE INGEBRUIKNAME
Reinig voordat u uw fruitpers voor het eerst in gebruik neemt zorgvuldig het deksel, de stamper, de zeef
voor het vruchtvlees, de sapkan, en het deksel van de sapkan en zeef in schoon water.
Dompel het motorblok nooit onder in water. Reinig het motorblok met een licht bevochtigde doek en droog
zorgvuldig.

MONTAGE
WAARSCHUWING: schakel het apparaat ALTIJD uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u het gaat
monteren en demonteren.
1. Zet het motorblok neer op een schone, vlakke ondergrond.
2. Zet de zeefhouder op het motorblok met de tuit
naar rechts gericht.
3. Zet de zeef in de zeefhouder.
Draai en druk de zeef voorzichtig neer tot hij in
de zeefhouder vastzit.
4. Schuif de zeef voor het vruchtvlees op zijn plaats links van het motorblok door de opening een weinig
onder de zeefhouder te kantelen.
5. Zet het deksel op de zeefhouder en vergrendel het deksel door de vergrendelingen opwaarts te trekken
zodat ze op beide zijden van het deksel vastklikken.
6. Duw de voedselstamper in de toevoeropening.
7. Doe het deksel van de sapkan op de sapkan en zet de gemonteerde sapkan onder de tuit.
OPMERKING: controleer of de vergrendelingen en het deksel goed vastzitten, zo niet zal het apparaat niet
werken.

FRUIT EN GROENTE KLAARMAKEN VOOR HET PERSEN
Was het fruit en de groente.
Schil vruchten met oneetbare schillen zoals citrusvruchten, ananas, meloenen enz.
Ontpit vruchten met harde zaden of pitten zoals perziken, kersen enz.
De meeste fruit- en groentesoorten zoals appelen, wortelen en komkommer hoeven niet te worden
gesneden. Snijd fruit en groente als de stukken te groot zijn voor de toevoeropening.
BEDIENING
1. Stop de stekker van het apparaat in een stopcontact.
De blauwe lichtring op de bedieningsknop gaat branden.
2. Schakel de bedieningsknop in de gewenste stand, afhankelijk van het type fruit of groente dat wordt
geperst.
1: lage snelheid, voor zachte fruit of groente zoals bessen, komkommer, tomaten enz. die op lage
snelheid geperst moeten worden.
2: hoge snelheid, voor harder fruit of groente zoals appelen, selder, wortelen enz. die op hoge
snelheid moeten worden geperst.
3. Neem de voedselstamper uit de toevoeropening en laat het voedsel in de toevoeropening vallen. Druk
het voedsel neer door de voedselstamper stevig in de opening te drukken.
OPMERKING: druk de voedselstamper LANGZAAM neer om een maximale hoeveelheid sap uit het
voedsel te halen.
Gebruik het apparaat nooit langer dan 2 minuten zonder onderbreking.
4. Het sap vloeit in de sapkan en het vruchtvlees wordt in de zeef voor vruchtvlees verzameld.
Als de zeef voor vruchtvlees vol is dient u deze te ledigen voordat u verdergaat met persen. Schakel
het apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact, ontgrendel het deksel en verwijder dan de
zeef voor het vruchtvlees. Ledig de zeef voor het vruchtvlees. Zet de zeef voor het vruchtvlees weer in
het apparaat, vergrendel het deksel en sluit het apparaat weer aan op een stopcontact. Schakel de
bedieningsknop naar de gewenste snelheid.
5. Draai wanneer u klaar bent met persen de bedieningsknop naar de stand 0 om het apparaat uit te
schakelen.
REINIGEN EN ONDERHOUD
Waarschuwing: schakel altijd het apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat
u het gaat reinigen.
De fruitpers demonteren
1. Verwijder de voedselstamper uit de toevoeropening.
2. Trek de vergrendelingen van onder naar buiten toe om het deksel los te
maken.
3. Verwijder het deksel.
4. Verwijder voorzichtig de zeef door de rand ervan opwaarts te trekken. Wees
voorzichtig de messen onderin de zeef niet aan te raken.
5. Verwijder de zeefhouder.
6. Verwijder de houder voor vruchtvlees en sap.

Reinigen
Reinig het motorblok met een vochtige doek. Dompel het motorblok nooit onder in water of andere
vloeistof.
Reinig alle verwijderbare onderdelen in een warm sopje. Spoel en droog zorgvuldig.
Reinig de zeef met een kleine nylonborstel (niet meegeleverd).
WAARSCHUWING: wees voorzichtig bij het reinigen van de zeef. De messen op de bodem ervan zijn
uiterst SCHERP.
Oppervlakken die met levensmiddelen in contact komen dienen regelmatig te worden gereinigd om
kruisbesmetting van verschillende soorten voedsel te voorkomen. Het gebruik van warm, schoon water met
