To avoid any impact on the environment or human health due
to dangerous substances present in electrical and electronic
devices, the end users of such devices are expected to
understand the meaning of the symbol consisting of a
crossed-out waste container. Do not dispose of electrical and
electronic equipment along with unsorted household waste,
instead dispose of it separately and properly.
The packaging that protects the device against transport
damage is made of non-polluting materials that can be
disposed of via local recycle bins.

to light injuries, or damage, malfunction, and/or destruction
of the device.
To prevent harm or injury to users and others, please comply with the
following requirements.
• This device is intended for home use only. Do not use for commercial
purposes.
• Remove glasses, watches, any jewelry and/or other metal items
before using the device.
• Turn the power off after use and before removing the device from your
body.
• Do not use in combination with acupuncture.

• Keep the device dry. Do not use it in the bathroom or any other

• Do not use when charging or replacing the gel pad. Any contact with
the device will result in electric shock.

• Replace the gel pads only when the power is turned off, and with dry
hands to prevent device failure, burns or electric shock.
• Do not use across the upper neck and face.
• Keep away from direct sunlight, dust and high temperatures.
• Do not use while driving or operating machinery.
• Do not use while sleeping.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself.
• Do not use on animals, children or on the speech-impaired.
• The device and battery should be disposed of separately.
• Should you perceive an unusual smell, sound or a response delay
during use, turn the device off immediately and contact your reseller.
• Do not use if you have a cardiac pacemaker, implanted
debrillator, or any other implant with metal or electronic
components.
• The device must never be used near the heart and must not be
placed over the front ribcage, especially not on the two large
pectorals.
• Do not use in the genital area.
• Do not use during pregnancy.
• Do not place over the carotid sinus nerves, front part of the neck, or
over the mouth.
• Do not open the device yourself. It will void the warranty.

• Do not use if you have an insulin pump.

• Do not use if you have cardiac arrhythmia, or any heart rhythm or
conduction disorder.
• Do not use if you suffer from any seizure disorder (e.g. epilepsy).
• Do not use in the bath or shower.
• Do not use in the presence of electromagnetic elds.
• Do not use this device if the unit has been damaged.
• For hygienic reasons, this device must only be used by one person.
• Do not use adhesive tapes, bandages or any aid other than the
designated gel lm to apply the device to your skin.
• Stimulation on the same area for a long period of time can irritate the
skin. Please consult a dermatologist if the skin irritation persists.
• Pre-treating the skin with greasy creams or lotions is not recommended.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Clean the device with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Use only a small
amount of soapy water.
• Do not allow the Main Unit to get wet. If this happens, use the device
again only once it is fully dried.
• Do not use sharp objects such as nails or hard brush laments.
• Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning agents.

STORAGE
• Keep the pad holder clean.
• Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• When not in use, store the device in a safe place to avoid tripping
and possible injury.
• Do not store near re.
• Do not bend the Pad Holder. This will cause deformation that will
impede the normal use of the device.

INSTRUCTIONS

Please charge the device using the
enclosed USB Cable before use by
connecting it to a computer or adapter.
1.
Remove the blue plastic lm from the enclosed
electrode Gel Pad.
2.
Place the electrode Gel Pad on the back of the
control unit.
3.
Remove the transparent plastic lm and the
device is ready to be used.
Please note: This should be done before applying the patch device
onto the skin. Avoid wrinkling the stickers. Remove any air bubbles
below the sticker surface by pressing them toward the edges.

LED light
• Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the device. It will buzz and the
LED light will ash once.
• Press the ON/OFF button again to turn the device off. It will buzz and
the LED light will ash three times.
• Press the “+” or “-“ button to respectively increase or reduce output
intensity. There is a total of 15 intensity levels. After turning it on, the
device will operate on intensity level 1. Every time the intensity is
adjusted, the device will buzz, and the LED light will ash once. When
the highest or lowest intensity is reached, it will buzz twice.
Use
Before using the device, make sure the targeted body parts are clean
and dry. At this point, peel the transparent lm off the Gel Pads. Place
the device onto the targeted area (back, shoulders, arms, legs, etc.)
and press down rmly for maximum skin contact. Always start on low
intensity – you can gradually increase it according to your preference.
TIPS
• Make sure you replace the battery in time. If you notice weakened
buzzing, decreased intensity or a dimmer LED light color, that means
the battery is low.
• Turn the power off after use and before removing the device from
your body.
• Once removed from the body after use, place the device on the
Pad Holder and store it in the Carrying Bag to prevent the gel from
getting dirty and drying out.
• The electrode Gel Pads are disposable. When used for 20 minutes
each time, they can be used about 30 times, depending on the type
and intensity of use. The Gel Pads should be replaced when they
have lost their adhesiveness. Keeping the pads clean will extend their
lifespan. Avoiding touching the adhesive area with your ngertips will
make them last longer.

Can I use the device every day?
You can, but do not use it more than once per day on the same body
area.
Can it be used continuously?
Do not use it for more than 20 consecutive minutes on the same body
area.
What areas of the body should be avoided?
Do not use the device over the heart, veins, face, mouth, genitals,
wounds and cuts, moles and birthmarks, or on inamed or itching skin.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Some of the issues may be solved by the user. If the problem persists
after having tried the following solutions, contact Prozis customer
service.
TECHNICAL PROBLEM SOLUTION
The device does not turn on. Check if the battery is low. It may need to
be recharged.
When in use, the device beeps
continuously and the intensity cannot be
increased.
Make sure the skin is properly clean and
the pads are rmly attached to the skin.
Also, check if the battery is low and in
need of recharging.
The electrode Gel Pads are not adhesive. Over time, the Gel Pads lose their
stickiness. Please contact your reseller for
replacements.
The stimulation is too weak or
non-existent.
The battery is low and needs to be
recharged.

via www.prozis.com are covered by the warranty applicable to the
purchase and sale of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for
nal consumers. This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who
purchase the product for non-professional purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and
production defects for a 2-year period, counting from the date of initial
purchase by a consumer and respective delivery, or for longer if legally
established by the applicable national law. In the event that repair is
required, this 2-year period is suspended during repair time.
