Can I use the device every day?
You can, but do not use it more than once per day on the same body
area.
Can it be used continuously?
Do not use it for more than 20 consecutive minutes on the same body
area.
What areas of the body should be avoided?
Do not use the device over the heart, veins, face, mouth, genitals,
wounds and cuts, moles and birthmarks, or on inamed or itching skin.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Some of the issues may be solved by the user. If the problem persists
after having tried the following solutions, contact Prozis customer
service.
TECHNICAL PROBLEM SOLUTION
The device does not turn on. Check if the battery is low. It may need to
be recharged.
When in use, the device beeps
continuously and the intensity cannot be
increased.
Make sure the skin is properly clean and
the pads are rmly attached to the skin.
Also, check if the battery is low and in
need of recharging.
The electrode Gel Pads are not adhesive. Over time, the Gel Pads lose their
stickiness. Please contact your reseller for
replacements.
The stimulation is too weak or
non-existent.
The battery is low and needs to be
recharged.

purchase and sale of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for
nal consumers. This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who
purchase the product for non-professional purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and
production defects for a 2-year period, counting from the date of initial
purchase by a consumer and respective delivery, or for longer if legally
established by the applicable national law. In the event that repair is
required, this 2-year period is suspended during repair time.
