ack Assembly:
Put on Safety Glasses. Position the
padded U bracket to the bottom of the
main rack assembly so that the lower pad
tilted out at the base of the rack.
Secure the U bracket to the main rack
with M6 x 60 cap screws (2), washers (4),
and Nylock nuts (2). Tighten the bolts
and nuts with the included M5 hex
wrench and 10mm combination wrench.
Repeat on opposite side.
Position the hinged clamp over the upper
holes in the main frame. Ensure the lock-
ing end of the clamp is facing the same di-
rection as the open end of the u bracket.
Attach the hinged clamp with (2) M6x65
cap screws, (4) washers, (2) plastic spac-
ers, (2) nylocks. Place the plastic spacer
between the outside of main frame and
the hinged clamp. Tighten with the
provided M5 hex and 10mm wrench.
Repeat on opposite side.

ack Installation:
Adjust the cradles of your bike rack to fit
the ski and snowboard rack. Place the
rack into the cradles of the bike rack and
secure it properly according to your bike
rack instructions.
Install the key into the lock and turn it
before pressing the red button to open
the clamps.
Drop the skis or snowboard through the
opening in the u bracket and slide it into
the open hinged clamp. Close the clamp
and lock with the key.
Assembly now complete.
