ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Insert the leg frames (E) through the large shelf (B). Install Allen bolts (1)
together with lock washers (3) and plain washers (4) to fix the leg frames to
the large shelf. See FIGURE 1.
2. Attach the metal rods (F) to the large shelf (B) using screws (12). See
FIGURE 2.

3. Insert the top posts of the leg frames (E) and the metal rods (F) through the medium and small shelves (C, D), shelf posts (G, H) and the support arms
(I). Insert the longest Allen bolts (6) together with lock washers (7) and plain washers (8) to secure the top posts of the leg frames and the metal rods
to the support arms. See FIGURE 3.
NOTE: Each shelf post (G,H) has a hole designed for the bolt to pass through to fix shelf post to top post of metal leg or to metal rod. MAKE SURE
THESE HOLES ARE ON THE SAME SIDE AS THE SUPPORT ARMS.
4. Turn the assembled shelf frame into an upright position.
5. Insert the short Allen bolt (2) together with lock washer (3) and plain washer (4) into each hole as noted in step 3, then tighten it by using Allen wrench
(5). See FIGURE 4.

6. Preset the assembled shelf frame against the wall in the position you wish it to be in when fully assembled. There are holes on the
bracket of the support arm (I) designed for the screws to pass through to mount the support arm into the wall. Use a pencil to mark
the position of each hole on the wall.
7. Remove the shelf frame from the wall and put it on top of the cabinet. Adjust the shelf frame to make sure the cabinet is centered
correctly.
8. Install mending plates (10) to fix the shelf frame to the cabinet by using screws (12), as illustrated in FIGURE 5.
9. Attach the metal brackets (11) approximately 2" from front edge and 2" from back edge of the cabinet, as illustrated in FIGURE 6.
NOTE: DO NOT LEAVE THE CABINET HANGING ON THE SHELF FRAME. BOTH OF THEM MUST BE LIFTED UP WHEN
MOVING.

10. ATTACH SUPPORT ARMS TO THE WALL MOUNTING BY WALL TYPE
* CONCRETE WALL: drill a pilot hole (8mm) into each mark on the wall, and then insert plastic anchor (14) flush to the wall surface. Move the
shelf frame with the cabinet toward the wall. Use a screwdriver to attach the metal bracket of the support arm (I) to the wall with screws (15).

* DRYWALL WITHOUT STUDS: use hollow wall anchors (13) and screws (13) to affix to drywall. FIGURE 7-C.
INSTALLING HOLLOW WALL ANCHORS:
a. Drill a hole (7mm) into each mark and then tap anchor into hole until flush with surface.
b. Tighten the screws (15) into the anchors (14) while maintaining constant pressure on the
anchor to set. Remove screws. Move the shelf frame with the cabinet toward the wall and
reinstall screws through the holes on the brackets of the support arms (I) and tighten until snug
against the wall.
