IMPORTANT SAFETY FEATURES
BULBS
This fixture has been rated for up to three (3) 6-watt maximum LED
lightbulbs. To avoid the risk of fire, do not exceed the recommended
wattage.
DIMMER-SWITCH COMPATIBILITY
This fixture is not dimmer-switch compatible.
WARNINGS
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull wires,
as damage may result. Do not connect electricity until the fixture is
fully assembled. To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or personal
injury, always turn off fixture and allow it to cool prior to replacing
the lightbulb. Do not touch or look directly at the bulb when fixture is
illuminated. Keep flammable materials away from lit bulb.
WARNING STRANGULATION HAZARD
Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler beds.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A TOY AND HAS NO PLAY VALUE.
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
1. Feed the power cord (A) through the hole in the lamp base (B) until
the exposed threaded pipe (C) is able to enter the lamp base (B). Feed
excess cord through the bushing in the side of the lamp base (B)
before proceeding.
2. Slide the washer (D) over the exposed threaded pipe. Screw on the
hex nut (E) and tighten with the included open wrench (M).
3. Insert the three G9 LED bulbs (K) into the sockets in the lamp body (H).
4. Align the diffuser (I) with the bottom of the lamp body (H) and attach
by screwing in the disc finial (J).
5. This fixture allows height adjustment and rotation of the upper
stem (G) by loosening and tightening the clutch at the top of the
lower stem (F). It also allows rotation of the lamp body (H) where it
meets the upper stem (G).
6. Insert plug into wall outlet to power the fixture. Rotary dimmer
switch (L) is located on the top surface of the lamp body (H). For best
dimming performance, turn the switch up to full brightness before
dimming down to the desired level.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use polishes or cleaners on the fixture. Wipe clean with a soft,
dry cloth.
