IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
INSTALLATION BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN IS STRONGLY
RECOMMENDED.
1. Do not break or pull out LED panel.
2. Indoor use only.
3. Do not look directly at the lightbulb when lit.
4. Keep lamp away from materials that may burn.
5. If the supply cord or adaptor is damaged, it must be replaced only
by a service agent or a qualied-technician.
WARNINGS
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull
wires, as a bad connection may result. Do not connect electricity
until your fixture is fully assembled. To reduce the risk of fire,
electrical shock, or personal injury, always turn off fixture and allow it
to cool prior to replacing the lightbulb. Do not touch or look directly
at the bulb when fixture is illuminated. Keep flammable materials
away from lit bulb.

WARNING: STRANGULATION HAZARD
Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler beds.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all plastic
coverings.
2. Connect the plug at end of the cord to the outlet at the side of
Dimmer Switch (B).
3. Remove Plastic Cover (D) from Electrical Plug (C).
4. Plug into proper electrical outlet and test xture.
5. Assembly is complete.
TO OPERATE THE SWITCH:
1. When the lamp is unlit, simply tap the foot dimmer switch to turn
the lamp on.
2. To adjust the brightness, tap and hold your foot on the switch and
the light will begin to dim up or down. To dim the opposite way,
remove your foot, then tap and hold again until the desired light
level is achieved.
3. To turn the lamp o, tap the switch.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use polishes or cleaners on the lamp. Wipe clean with a soft,
dry cloth.
