Absolute communication security is the most important thing
you need in a SecureFax. The RICOH®SMFC210M SecureFax
delivers communication security and much, much more. It’s
the first SecureFax system to allow you to both transmit and
receive full color documents. And it can also print, copy and
scan documents in full color. All with the security features
you need to accomplish your mission.

Secure Document Communication First
The Ricoh SMFC210M SecureFax is designed to operate with the
most secure systems of document transmission available today:
Secure Terminal Equipment (STE) digital encryption devices, as
well as Omni and Secetera Terminals.
• A tou h-s reen user interfa e ontrols all se ure ommuni ations fun tions
and dramati ally simplifies programming and hanging ommuni ation
modes. Easy to understand hints prompt users to the proper ommuni a-
tion mode to set their en ryption equipment.
• Volatile RAM memory storage ensures that jobs are deleted immediately
after job ompletion or transmission failure—there is no hard drive
memory storage to ompromise se urity.
• Se ure information is sent dire tly to another se ure fax, so only the
intended re ipient has a ess to the information.

The Ricoh SMFC210M SecureFax gives you the all in one capabili
ties needed for today’s mission—copying, printing, scanning and
secure faxing—to handle nearly all of your mission requirements
in a single unit.
• No need to deploy separate printer, opier and s anner units with their
individual supplies.
• Print at a rapid 31 ppm B&W or 8 ppm olor and opy at up to 21 ppm B&W
or 7 ppm olor—all at up to 1200 dpi resolution.
• Capture even fine details by s anning do uments in full olor at up to
1200 x2400 dpi resolution.
• S an originals at 21 ppm B&W or 7 ppm full olor through the 35-page
Automati Do ument Feeder.
• Minimize print interruptions through the optional 530-sheet paper tray.

Speed is essential in any SecureFax system. With its advanced
digital technology, the Ricoh SMFC210M SecureFax makes sure
your secure communications are received and sent as rapidly
as possible.
• Eliminate waiting with the up to 128 Kbps syn hronous transmission
speed and the 115.2 Kbps asyn hronous transmission speed when used
with an ISDN-based STE.
• Take the Ri oh SMFC210M Se ureFax anywhere at a moment’s noti e
thanks to its ompa t, transportable design.
