Il KIT ESPANSIONE-SICUREZZA integra il bollitore ATRB 120 N
con il vaso espansione da 4 litri e la valvola di sicurezza tarata a
6 bar.

3 INSTALLAZIONE
L'installazione del kit deve essere effettuata da un Servizio Tecnico
di Assistenza ro da personale qualificato.
Prima di iniziare l'installazione:
−Togliere l'alimentazione elettrica all'apparecchio posizio-
nando l'interruttore generale dell'impianto su "spento";
−Verificare che i dispositivi di intercettazione del circuito sa-
nitario siano chiusi;
−Svuotare il circuito secondario del bollitore (lato sanitario)
riferendosi al libretto istruzioni dell'apparecchio.
−Rimuovere i pannelli frontale e superiore della mantellatura
−Fissare la staffa (A) al vaso espansione (B) utilizzando le
viti (C) a corredo del kit

−Posizionare il vaso di espansione (B) all'interno del bollitore
e fissare con le viti (C) la staffa (A) al pannello laterale sini-
stro della mantellatura

−Collegare la valvola di sicurezza (D) al tubo (E) utilizzando
la guarnizione (F) per la tenuta

−Rimuovere il tappo (G) dal tubo (I)

−Collegare il tubo (E) al vaso espansione (B), e al tubo (I),
utilizzando le guarnizioni fornite con il kit.
9 Lo scarico della valvola di sicurezza deve essere collegato ad
un adeguato sistema di raccolta e di evacuazione. Il costrut-
tore del bollitore non è responsabile di eventuali allagamenti
causati dall'intervento della valvola di sicurezza.
Completata l'installazione del kit riempire il bollitore riferendosi
al libretto istruzioni.

1 DESCRIPTION DU KIT
Le KIT EXPANSION – SECURITE va intégrer le préparateur
ATRB 120 N avec le vase d’expansion de 4 litres et la soupape de
sécurité calibrée à 6 bars.

3 INSTALLATION
L’installation du kit doit être effectuée par un Service
Technique d’Assistance r.
Avant d’effectuer l’installation :
−Déconnecter l’alimentation électrique à l’appareil en
positionnant l’interrupteur général sur «arrêt» ;
−Veiller à ce que les dispositifs d’interception du circuit
sanitaire soient fermés ;
−Vider le circuit secondaire du préparateur (coté sanitaire)
en suivant les instructions de la notice technique de
l’appareil.
−Oter le panneau frontal et celui supérieur du capot ;
−Fixer le bride (A) au vase d’expansion (B) en utilisant les vis
(C) fournies avec le kit ;

−Positionner le vase d’expansion (B) à l’intérieur du
préparateur et fixer avec les vis (C) la bride (A) au panneau
latéral gauche du capot

−Connecter la soupape de sécurité (D) au tube (E) en
utilisant le joint (F) pour l’étanchéité ;

−Oter le capuchon (G) du tube (I) ;

−Connecter le tube (E) au vase d’expansion (B) et au tube
(I), en utilisant les joints fournis avec le kit..
9 La décharge de la soupape de sécurité doit être connectée
à un système de recueil et d’évacuation. Le fabricant du
préparateur n’est pas responsable d’éventuelles inondations
provoquées par l’intervention de la soupape de sécurité.
Après avoir effectué l’installation du kit, remplir le préparateur en
suivant les instructions de la notice technique.

1 BESCHRIJVING VAN DE KIT
De EXPANSIE-VEILIGHEIDSKIT vult de boiler ATRB 120 N aan
met het expansievat van 4 liter en de veiligheidsklep die op 6 bar
geijkt is.

3 INSTALLATIE
De kit dient door een Technische Servicedienst van r.
geïnstalleerd te worden.
Alvorens met de installatie te beginnen :
−Neem de elektriciteitsvoorziening van het apparaat door
de hoofdschakelaar van de installatie op "Off" te zetten;
−Controleer dat de afsluitinrichtingen van het tapwatercircuit
dicht zijn;
−Leeg het secundaire circuit van de boiler (kant van het
tapwater) en raadpleeg hierbij het instructieboekje van het
apparaat.
−Verwijder het voor- en bovenste paneel van de ommanteling;
−Bevestig de beugel (A) aan het expansievat (B) en gebruik
hierbij de schroeven (C) die bij de kit geleverd worden;

−Plaats het expansievat (B) in de boiler en bevestig de
beugel (A) met de schroeven (C) aan het linker zijpaneel
van de ommanteling;

−Sluit de veiligheidsklep (D) aan op buis (E) en gebruik
hierbij dichting (F) om het waterdicht te maken.

−Verwijder de dop (G) van de pijp (I);

−Sluit de buis (E) op het expansievat (B) aan en op de pijp
(I). Gebruik de dichtingen die bij de kit geleverd worden.
9 De afvoer van de veiligheidsklep dient op een geschikt
opvang- en afvoersysteem aangesloten te worden. De
fabrikant van de boiler kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden
voor eventuele overstromingen veroorzaakt door de ingreep
van de veiligheidsklep.
Vul de boiler na de installatie van de kit en raadpleeg hierbij het
instructieboekje.

EXPANSION VESSEL - SAFETY VALVE KIT

1 DESCRIPTION OFTHE KIT
This EXPANSION VESSEL - SAFETY VALVE KIT installs a 4 litre
expansion vessel and a safety valve calibrated for 6 bar in the
ATRB 120 N storage cylinder.

3 INSTALLATION
This kit must only be installed by the manufacturer's Technical As-
sistance Service or by a professionally qualified heating engineer.
Before commencing installation:
−Turn the boiler’s main power switch OFF to switch off
−electrical power;
−Make sure that the domestic hot water circuit shut-off cocks
are closed;
−Drain the secondary circuit (DHW side) as instructed in the
storage cylinder's own instruction manual.
−Remove the front and top panels from the casing.
−Fix the bracket (A) to the expansion vessel (B) using the
screws (C) provided in the kit.

−Position the expansion vessel (B) inside the storage cylin-
der and fix the bracket (A) to the left side panel of the ca-
sing with the screws (C).

−Connect the safety valve (D) to the pipe (E) using the seal
(F) to ensure a water-tight join.

−Remove the plug (G) from the pipe (I)

−Connect the pipe (E) between the expansion vessel (B)
and the pipe (I) using the seals provided in the kit.
9 The safety valve must be connected to a suitable collection
and drain system. The manufacturer declines all responsibility
for damage caused by water escaping from the safety valve.
On completion of the installation, fill the storage cylinder as in-
structed in the corresponding instruction manual.

3 INSTALAÇÃO
A instalação do kit deve ser feita por um Serviço de Assistência
Técnica rou por pessoal qualificado.
Antes de começar a instalação:
−Desligue a alimentação elétrica do aparelho, pondo o inter-
ruptor geral em "desligado";
−Verifique se os dispositivos de interceção do circuito sa-
nitário estão fechados;
−Esvazie o circuito secundário do acumulador (lado sa-
nitário) como indicado no livro de instruções do aparelho.
−Remova os painéis frontal e superior da estrutura de reve-
stimento do aparelho.
−Fixe o suporte (A) ao vaso de expansão (B), utilizando os
parafusos (C) fornecidos com o kit

−Posicione o vaso de expansão (B) no interior do acumula-
dor e, com os parafusos (C), fixe o suporte (A) ao painel
lateral esquerdo da estrutura de revestimento do aparelho

−Ligue a válvula de segurança (D) ao tubo (E), utilizando a
junta (F) vedante

−Retire a tampa (G) do tubo (I)

−Ligue o tubo (E) ao vaso de expansão (B) e ao tubo (I),
utilizando os vedantes fornecidos com o kit.
9 A descarga da válvula de segurança deve ser ligada a um
sistema de recolha e evacuação apropriado. O fabricante do
termoacumulador declina toda e qualquer responsabilidade
por eventuais inundações provocadas pela intervenção da
válvula de segurança.
Terminada a instalação do kit, proceda ao enchimento do acumu-
lador como indicado no livro de instruções.
