Mounting instructions
Vario roller blind
Dear Rollo Rieper customer,
This made-to-measure roller blind was manufactured to your specific requirements.
High-quality materials and practical operating options ensure a long service life and offer

Please read carefully the following instructions before assembly.

A. Mounting on the ceiling
Attach the cassette with the included clips. Please ensure that your cassette roller blind is
mounted horizontally. For an easy later disassembly the clip tabs should point towards the room.
The mounting clips (fig. A) are mounted with a distance of 30 mm from the wall and a left and right
offset of 50 mm to the overall width of the roller blind cassette. The longer clip tabs point back
(towards the window). Mount in the same way additional clips evenly distributed in the space between
the both outer ones.
Please pay attention to a parallel and horizontal mounting of the clips. To fasten the clips we
recommend 4 x 40 mm countersunk screws. Now insert the roller blind cassette with the front
profile (fig. B/1) into the front clip tabs and let snap in with an audible click by pushing the cassette
backwards (fig. B/2).
Figure C shows the ready mounted blind.

B. Mounting with clamp supports
The clamp support is assembled as seen in figure D and then plugged onto the window frame as
shown in figure E and F (The figures show the clamp support of a VS 2 pleated blind which looks
similar).
After plugging onto the window frame
tighten clamp carrier by using the
supplied Allen key.
Insert roller blind as described
at point A.

C. Mounting in front of the recess
Before installing the mounting clip on the wall bracket must be rotated 90° degress to get access
to the screw holes (see fig. G). Place the brackets in a sufficient distance. After turning back the clip
insert the roller blind (see point A).
Care instructions

- All mechanical parts are maintenance-free.
- For cleaning the fabric carefully brush dry.
- Heavy dirt can easily be wiped off with a damp cloth. Do not rub!
When cleaning the window pane and frame make sure that no water or aggressive detergents directly
or indirectly (condensation water) come into contact with the roller blind system.
No warranty shall apply for material damage caused by dripping water or fly feces.
