Data hold function : Press key to enter the data hold
mode, the H symbol is displayed. In H mode, press ↵
key to alternate the display the of %RH and °C/°F readings
between the main display and the secondary display or
press “MODE” or “°
C/

F” key to select desired display
readings. Press key again to exit this mode.
Press key for 3 seconds topower off the meter.
(4) MODE key : Press “MODE” key repeatedly to select the
reading of “Dew point” temperature, “Wet bulb” temperature
and humidity or temperature on the main display.
(5) MX/MN key : Press “MX/MN” (MAX/MIN) key to repeatedly to
select the reading of Maximum (MX), Minimum (MN) and
current reading (MX – MN). Press this key for 3 seconds to
exit this mode.

(°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
In the setting mode, press key to increase the
parameter.
(7) MEM key :
Each time the “MEM” key is pressed, one set of reading to
will be stored to memory.
Press cursor key to move the cursor left to the desired
position and set the time.

(8) ↵ENTER key :
In the normal mode, press ↵key to alternate the display
the of %RH and °C/
°F readings between the main display
and the secondary display.
In the setting mode, press ↵key to store the setting
parameter.
(9) READ key :
Press “READ” key to enter the manual memory data
reading mode. Press “READ” key for 3 seconds to exit this
mode.
Press cursor key to move the cursor right to the desired
position and set the time.
(10). TIME key :
Press “TIME” key to select between the display of the
elapsed time or the real time.
In the setting mode, press key to decrease the
parameter.

4. MEASURING PROCEDURE
4-1 Humidity Measurement :
1. Press key to power on the meter.
2. The display will show the humidity reading value (%RH)
directly on the main display.
3. When the humidity value of the tested environment
changes, please wait for few minutes to get the stable
“%RH” reading.
4-2 Temperature Measurement :
1. Press key to power on the meter.
2. Press “°
C/
°
F” key for select “°
C” or “°
F” unit.
3. The display will show the Temperature reading (°C or °F)
directly on the secondary display.
4-3 Dew Point Temperature Measurement :
1. Press key to power on the meter.
2. Press “MODE” key to display dew point temperature
reading on the main display. Press “MODE” key twice to
exit dew point temperature reading.
4-4 Wet Bulb Temperature Measurement :
1. Press key to power on the meter.
2. Press “MODE” key twice to display wet bulb temperature
reading on the main display. Press “MODE” key again to
exit wet bulb temperature reading.

4-5 Maximum and Minimum Recording Measurement :
1. Press “MX/MN” key to enter the recording mode, the “MX”
symbol is displayed and the auto power off function will be
disabled.
2. Press “MX/MN” key to cycle through the 6 sets of recorded
data including main reading and subsidiary reading.
Max. humidity reading (MX) with its temperature reading
Min. humidity reading (MN) with its temperature reading
Current humidity reading (MX – MN) with its temperature
reading
Max. temperature reading (MX) with its humidity reading
Min. temperature reading (MN) with its humidity reading
Current temperature reading (MX – MN) with its humidity
reading
3. In the each set of recorded data, press “TIME” key to
display the time of the recorded data. The real time will be
displayed if the real-time setting function was performed at
power on, otherwise the elapsed time will be displayed.
4. In the each set of recorded data, press the “MODE” key to
display the recorded Dew point or Wet Bulb temperature.
5. Press key to hold the current MIN, MAX or current
reading (MX – MN) reading and to stop recording of further
readings, press key again to resume recording.
(Previously recorded reading are not erased.)
6. Press “MX/MN” key for 3 seconds to exit this mode.

4-6 Manual Data Memory and Read Mode :
1. Clear the manual memorized data
Press key for 3 seconds to turn off the meter.
Press and hold down “MEM” key, then press key to
turn on the meter, the “CLr” and “no” symbols are
displayed.
Press or key to select “YES” symbol is displayed.
Press ↵key to clear the manual memorized data.
2. Manual data memory
Press “MEM” once to store one set of readings to the
memory. At this moment, LCD will show the “M” symbol
and the memory address number is shown in the
secondary display. Total memory size is 99 sets.
When memory is full, LCD will show “FULL” symbol.
3. Manual memory data READ
Press “READ” key to enter READ mode, the LCD will
show “R” symbol and the memory address number is
shown in the secondary display
Press “READ” key to select the desired memory address
number data for display.
Press “MODE” key repeatedly to select the reading of
“Dew point” temperature, “Wet bulb” temperature and
humidity or temperature on the main display.
Press “TIME” key to display the time of the recorded data.
The real time will be displayed if the Real-time setting
function had been performed at power on when the reading
was stored, otherwise the elapsed time will be displayed.
Press “READ” key for 3 seconds to exit this mode.

4-7 Setting Auto Power Off Mode :
The meter will Automatically power off if there is no further
function in 30 minutes. The Auto power off function will be
on every time the meter is switched on, but it will be disabled
automatically when using the MX/MN mode.
Select auto power off time procedures :
1. Press key for 3 seconds to turn off the meter.
2. Press and hold down “READ” key then press key to turn
on the meter, the “APo” symbol and the current auto power
off time are displayed.
3. Press or key to choice the desired auto power off time.
The choices are 0, 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 30 and 59 minutes. If the
choice is 0 minute will be disabled the auto power function,
the Auto power off symbol “ ” will disappeared.
4. Press ↵key to store the choice.
4-8 Setting Real-Time Mode :
1. Press key for 3 seconds to turn off the meter.
2. Press and hold down “TIME” key then press key to turn
on the meter, the “SEt” symbol, “day
-
hour” symbol and the
flashing numbers of day is displayed.
3. Press or key to set the day of the real-time.
4. Press key and move to the two flashing digits of hour.
5. Press or key to set the hour of the real-time.
6. Press key and move to the two flashing digits of minutes.
7. Press or key to set the minute of the real-time.
8. Press key and move to the two flashing digits of second.

9. Press or key to set the second of the real-time.
10. Press ↵key to store the real-time.
4-9 User Calibration Procedure :
Use standard humidity meter to verify the reading.
1. Press and hold down “°
C/°
F” key then press key to turn
on the meter.
2. Press or key to select the “CAL %RH” symbol is
displayed.
3. Press ↵key to enter humidity calibration mode.
4. Press and keys until theLCD valueis same as the
standard humidity meter.
5. Press ↵key to store the calibrated value.
Use standard temperature meter to verify the reading.
1. Press and hold down “°
C/°
F” key then press key to turn
on the meter.
2. Press or key toselect the “CAL °
C” or “CAL °
F” symbol
is displayed.
3. Press ↵key to enter temperature calibration mode.
4. Press and keys until theLCD valueis same as the
standard temperature meter.
5. Press ↵key to store the calibrated value.

5. MAINTENANCE
5-1 Cleaning :
Periodically wipe the case with a damp cloth and mild
detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents. Clean and dry
as required.
5-2 Battery Replacement :
Note: The condition of the battery should be checked prior
to use and changed if necessary.
The LCD display will show “
BT
” symbol when the battery
power is not sufficient for accurate testing.
1. Remove discharged battery and insert new one,
observing the correct polarity.
2. Dispose of the removed battery is accordance with local
regulations.
3. Removethe battery from the meter, if the meter is not to be
use for a long period of time.
