Introduction
UE03 is a peripheral device designed for extending 4 of USB 2.0 signals, such as USB cameras, touch
screen, touchpad, HDD(External Hard Drive),USB flash drives, keyboards, mouses...etc.
Features
Extends 4 USB signals over an Ethernet cable.
Signal extension up to 50M (USB2.0), 90M (USB1.0/ 1.1) over a CAT5e cable.
Supports USB 2.0 high-speed and USB 1.1 low-speed, full speed devices.
Built-in 4 USB ports at TX unit for remote control.
Plug & play.

*The transmission test is conducted by the application of COMMSCOPE (57535-2) CAT5e cables.
Link Cable
1. It’s recommended to use high-quality Ethernet cables, such as CAT5e, CAT6. The thicker the cable
and the wider the diameter is, the better transmission performance.
2. It’s recommended to use solid conductors rather than copper-clad steel or stranded conductor
cables which might decrease the transmission performance.
3. Please note that STP/FTP cables might decrease the transmission distance.

1. UE03T is not connected to UE03R.
2. UE03T is connected to UE03R, but no USB Host connected to UE03R.
3. UE03R is connected to UE03T and a USB Host, but the USB Host is power-off.

Caution
1. UE03 is not an Ethernet device, which CAN NOT connect to any Ethernet or PoE device.
2. The cabling must be away from any equipment with electromagnetic wave, i.e.: microwave,
radio equipment, high voltage.
3. UE03 is not applicable for USB hosts that remain powered after PC/Laptop are shut down.
*If the given situation is encountered as showed in Fig 1, devices connected to UE03T will not be
recognized. Try to un-plug and re-plug the USB port of UE03R or plug to another USB host port
(not powered after shut down) to solve the issue.
