SERVICE TECHNIQUE
You have to use the right mandrel
puller 1and anvil + counternut
2depending on the diameter of
the insert.
Insert the mandrel puller 1, open
the arms 3of the hand tool, then
screw on the anvil+counternut 2
adjusting it according to the length of
the insert.
Fully screw the insert on the mandrel
puller 1in abutment with the
anvil+counternut 2.
Adjustement of the stroke : unscrew
the locknut 4and adjust the assy
front sleeve 5. Close the arms 3
for the setting.
When the setting is finished, turn the
spanner adjuster 6to release the
tool from the insert.
It is recommended to check the good setting of the insert
after each adjustement in order to obtain optimal results.
If the insert is not fully set when the arms 3are
completely closed, screw the spanner adjuster 6
(opening of the arms) and close the arms again.
