1. 일반 설명
흡입식 가스감지기(SI-H100)는케이스 내부에 있는 센서 카트리지를 통하여 샘플 가스를 원격으
로흡입하여 실시간으로 측정합니다. 반도체나 여러 산업 현장에서 사용되거나 발생할 수있는
다양한 가스관련 사고(질식, 중독, 화재 및폭발, 부식 등)를미연에 방지하거나 관리할 수있도
록도움을 줄수있는 장비입니다.
SI-H100은기본적으로 벽에 부착하여 고정적으로 가스농도를 실시간으로 측정하고 위험농도의
경보, FAULT 상황 등을 대형 디스플레이를 통하여 보여줍니다.
화면 하단의 4개의 버튼을 조작하여 기기의 환경설정을 쉽게 수정할 수있습니다.
측정된 가스농도를 기본 4-20mA출력으로 실시간으로 전송하고, 3개의 내부 릴레이를 통하여 원
하는 상황에 따른 외부 동작을 다양하게 구성할 수있습니다. 또한 MODBUS/TCP 출력도 가능하
며, LAN선하나만을 통하여 데이터 송수신 및전원까지 한번에 해결(PoE)이가능합니다.

기기 사용 전매뉴얼을 충분히 숙지하십시오. 이기기는 지시서에 따라 사용하고 보수하여야 하며

2. 제품 구성
SI-H100은케이스, 센서 카트리지, 메인 프레임, 설치 조립 받침대 이렇게 총4부분으로 구성되
어있습니다.
또한, NF3등과 같이 일반적으로 검지할 수있는 가스센서가 없는 물질의경우에도 열분해를 통
하여 검지 및측정할 수있도록 열분해 모듈(Pyrolyzer) 악세사리를 보유하여 별도 구매 시추가
장착 하여 사용 가능합니다.

10. Menu 동작
- Menu키를 누르면 Normal →SET 1 →SET 2 →SET 3 →CAL 으로 순환 변경
- Normal에서 Select키를 누르면 Review진입하고, Menu키를 누르면 Review에서 Normal 복귀

1) Normal Measurement Menu
현재 시간 : 24시간제 표시
현재 센서 Gas Type 및농도 단위
- O3 : 장착된 센서의 측정 Gas Type
- ppm : 농도 단위

- 센서의 측정 범위에 따라 소수점 자리가 변경 됨.

2) Setup/Calibration/Review List 기본
1. 우측 상단에 현재 Menu 표시
- SET1, SET2, SET3, CAL, REVIEW
2. Up/Down 키를 통해 List Focus 이동
3. Select 키를 누르면 해당 설정 화면 진입
- 해당 항목이 설정이 불가능한면 화면
전환 없음
4. Menu키를 누르면 다음 Menu로변경
3) Setup/Calibration Menu 변경 기본
Focus가있는 Menu
1. Up/Down 키로 0~9 숫자 변경
2. Up/Down Long 키를 통하여 Focus 이동- Down Long
키입력 시3 →6 →5 →3
순서로 Focus 이동
3. 설정 범위가 넘어 가는 숫자가 입력된 상태에서 Focus
가이동하면 Max값이나 유효한 값으로 자동으로 변경

Focus가없는 Menu
1. Up/Down 키를 통하여 숫자 변경
2. Up/Down Long 키를 입력하면 숫자가 지속적으로 증가
하거나 감소함.
4) SET 1
1) Gas Name : 현재 장착된 스마트 센서의 Gas Type
2) Gas Unit : Gas 농도 단위
3) CAL Interval : Calibration 수행 주기 설정
4) Pump Freq : Gas 흡입 Pump의Frequency 설정으로 흡입량 조정
5) Pass Code : Setup 및Calibration 진입 암호 설정
6) Inhibit : Inhibit할항목 설정
7) Buzzer : Alarm 발생 시Buzzer On/Off
8) Resp Factor : Gas 농도의 미세 조절 수치
9) Sensor Off : Sensor가On후에 자동으로 Off되는 시간 조정(VOC센서 전용)
10) Hidden Area : Gas Range의일정%를Hidden Area로처리하여 가스농도를 0으로처리
11) RS485 Addr : RS485통신 시기기 Address 설정

▶Up/Down 키를 눌러서 설정 숫자 조정
▶Up/Down Long 키를 눌러서 지속적으로 숫자 조정
▶Menu키로 설정 취소, Select키로 설정 저장
▶Flow : 현재 유량 표시
▶Default : 60 Hz
Pass Code
▶Up/Down 키를 눌러서 설정 숫자(0~9) 조정
▶Up/Down Long 키를 눌러서 Focus 이동
•Up Long : 왼쪽으로 Focus이동

▶2회같은 Pass Code 입력해야 정상적으로 설정

▶On : Alarm시에 Buzzer 울림
Off : Alarm시에 Buzzer 울리지 않음

Resp Factor
▶Up/Down 키를 눌러서 설정 숫자(0~9) 조정
▶Up/Down Long 키를 눌러서 Focus 이동
•Up Long : 왼쪽으로 Focus이동
•Down Long : 오른쪽으로 Focus이동
▶Menu키로 설정 취소, Select키로 설정 저장
▶해당 설정된 값이 최종 농도에 곱하여 출력됨
▶Default : 1.00

Sensor Off Time
▶Up/Down 키를 눌러서 설정 숫자 조정
▶Up/Down Long 키를 눌러서 지속적으로 숫자 조정

▶Sensor 자동 Off 시간: Off(Always On), 1~120 초
•VOC 센서(PID) 전용 Menu
•해당 시간이 지나면 Sensor Power Off

5) Alarm Relay : Alarm 발생 시Relay를동시에 동작 시킬 것인지 설정
