DISMANTLING CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Clean, rinse, sanitize and dry all parts before first use and after use daily. Wash, rinse & sanitize to local
health department regulations.

Loosen locking collar
and remove cylinder
from head assembly.
Remove spring from
cylinder.
Remove pinch valve
from head assembly -
pinch and gently turn
while pulling.
Take seal off of head
assembly by pressing
down with thumb. Do not
use sharp tool.
Fully disassembled pump.
Using supplied
brushes, fully wash
all parts with deter-
gent and hot water.
Fully rinse all parts
with clear water.
Sanitize parts following local
sanitation requirements.
Allow parts to fully air dry after
sanitation.
Reassemble pump by reversing
dismantling instructions.
When installing seal, flared end
should be down, away from piston
head.
When installing plastic cap onto
cylinder, press down firmly until it's
past the threading.

seal. Note this seal may
be red or blue in color.

CLEAN-IN-PLACE INSTRUCTIONS
Clean, rinse, sanitize and dry all parts before first use and after use daily. Wash, rinse & sanitize to local
health department regulations.
Make 1 quart or
more of cleaning
solution by
mixing proper ratio of
approved detergent
with hot tap water
(approx. 110° F).
Wash and rinse off
outside of pump.
Make 1 quart or more of
sanitizing solution by
mixing proper ratio of
approved sanitizer with tap
water (room temp).
Place lower end of
pump into 2 cups
hot water (approx.
110° F) and
operate until all
water is pumped
through.
Place lower end of pump
into sanitizing solution and
operate until 1 quart is
pumped through.

Pump out all remaining
product from pump.

Place lower end of pump
in hot water and operate
until only water comes
out.

Place lower end of
pump into cleaning
solution and
operate until all
cleaning mixture is
pumped through.

Place lower end of pump
into 1 cup of hot water
(approx. 110° F) and
operate until all water is
pumped through.
