Important:Safety Guide
* Do not use the Navigator on a
passenger seat fitted with a front airbag
unless your vehicle manufacturer confirms
it is safe
IMPORTANT:the Navigator must never
be used without the seat back attached
to the seat base
Do not fit the Navigator on a side or rear
facing vehicle seat.
Make sure when using the Navigator with
side airbags,your child does not lean into
the area immediately around the airbag.We
recommend that you consult with your vehicle
manufacturer for side airbag details.
Please read the whole instruction guide
carefully and make sure you fully
understand how to install and use the
Navigator correctly.
Always keep the instruction guide with the
Navigator in a safe place. An instruction guide
holder is provided on the back of the Navigator.
It is safer to use the Navigator on the rear seat
of the car.
Do not use the Navigator in the home it has
only been designed to be used in the car.
Do not place anything such as a towel
or cushion under the Navigator as this
could affect the performance of the seat
in an accident.
Never buy a second hand child car seat.
Always replace the Navigator and your vehicles
seat belts after an accident, they may have
unseen damage and may not protect your child
as well as they should.
All occupants in the vehicle must be
correctly restrained.
When not in use in the car always secure the
Navigator by the vehicle seat belt.
Always secure loose items in the car
when travelling.
Cover the Navigator if it is left in direct sun
light, plastic and metal surfaces get very hot
and could burn.The seat cover is also likely
to fade.
The lap and diagonal seat belt must be used
at all times when your child is in the Navigator.
Check the seat belt is not twisted.
Do not make unauthorised modifications
or alterations to the Navigator.The official
approval is no longer valid if modifications
are made.
The Navigator must never be used without
the seat cover being correctly fitted.If you
replace the cover,only use one recommended
by the manufacturer.
Do not allow children to play with or adjust
the Navigator.Do not leave children alone
in the car.
Never leave a child unattended in the
Navigator either in or outside the car.
Make sure that all folding vehicle seats are
securely latched.
Make sure your Navigator does not become
trapped in the door of the vehicle or by a
folding passenger seat.
Avoid storing the Navigator near a direct heat
source such as a radiator.
Do not place heavy objects on top of
the Navigator.
Always store the Navigator in a
dry environment.
Check your Navigator regularly for wear
and tear.
