1. Press and hold . Green LED indicates control unit is on;
Amber LED indicates standby mode.
2. Surface should automatically enter Autorm mode. If not,
press to max inate surface.
3. Transfer patient to surface.

—Alternation mode requires a 5, 10, or 15 min. cycle.

Operating Instructions
Setting Therapy Mode
Mode

After setting Therapy Mode, customize the mattress for your patient
by following three steps:
Patient Height: Select and use until patient’s
height is shown on display.
Patient Weight: Select and use until patient’s
weight is shown on display.
Comfort Settings: Select to override auto pressure
settings. Use to adjust surface’s rmness
(15-50 mmHg).

The control unit’s default settings are standard units.
Switch from Standard to Metric (or back):
1. Verify control unit is in standby or press for two
seconds to place into standby. Amber LED will show.
2. Press and hold and for ve seconds.
3. Alarm will sound.
4. Press to turn on.
Note: Decimal points in Patient Height or Patient Weight indicate metric units.

1. Locate red CPR valve at head of mattress. Turn valve for quick
air release.
2. Detach hoses from control unit by pressing blue button and
pulling connector from unit.
To maintain ination during transport:
1. Ensure CPR valve is in closed position.
2. Press to put control unit into standby mode
(amber LED).
3. If mattress is to be disconnected from control unit, place
Transport Cap over hose connections.
