General description :
The IRS 300 is an infra-red remote control system.
It is a control system designed for controlling all types of
interior blinds (exept for curtains and vertical blinds),
powered by 24Vdc motors from the LT28 or the Concept 25
line.
It is capable of controlling eight different blinds individually or
as a group and has many sophisticated functions.

OPTIONS -
IRT 103 individual control function.
IRT 803 multi-channel remote control with individual
or master control functions (one to eight blinds).
WARNING! : The IRT 803 is the sole programming
tool for the IRS 300.
Impulse switch connection for use without remote
control (individual or master control).
The IRS 300 is compatible with the IRT 103 & IRT 803
infrared transmitters.
The IRS 300 is initially
configured to operate with
the IRT103 transmitter or
the IRT 803 without a
channel selected.

Installation :

The IRS 300 has to be installed indoor.
1. Drill a hole in the wall at the desired location using a 5mm drill bit
(depth 25mm) and insert the supplied raw plug.
2. Place the screw supplied into the securing hole on the face of the
IRS 300 and feed into the raw plug.
3. Fix the IRS 300 unit by securing the screw.

IRT 103 - To tilt the slats, press and hold one of the corresponding buttons (up or down).
To raise or lower the blind, momentarily press the corresponding button (up or down).
To stop the blind press the stop button.
IMPULSE - To raise or lower the blind, momentarily press the corresponding button (up or down).
SWITCH To stop the blind, press the stop button or push the up and down buttons simultaneously.
IRT 803 - To tilt the slats, press and hold one of the corresponding buttons (up or down).
To raise or lower the blind, momentarily press the corresponding button (up or down).
Point the transmitter at the Infra-red sensor which corresponds to the receiver you wish to control.

If you wish to control one
receiver, press the
corresdponding button of the
channel you have selected.
Then you can control the
receiver by pressing the
buttons : UP , DOWN or
STOP.

Enter the programming mode
Press and hold for at least 5 seconds the «prog »button on the IRT 803 transmitter.
The blind concerned, at it alone, will start to tilt up & down quickly.
Warning : If you use the IRT803, it is necessary to « lock » the receivers which are not being programmed by operating
them in either UP or DOWN direction (they will be locked for 3 minutes and it is impossible to enter in the programming
mode by the IRT803). To unlock them, give a STOP order.

Exit from the programming mode
Press momentarily the «prog »button on the IRT 803 transmitter. The blind stops
tilting.

Important : Carry out this operation as near as possible to the receiver of the blind that you wish to program.

How to choose a channel (IRT 803 only):

The Blind won’t move
1- Check the battery level of the transmitter.
2- Check the low voltage feed of the IRS 300 (inversion between the + and -).
3- Check if there is a bright light shining on the receiver.
4- Check that you are within the infrared transmission range.
5- Check that you are aiming the transmitter at the receiver correctly.
Up and Down is
reversed when
operating with the
transmitter.

the blind rise to the full
up position. Press the
down button, (the blind
goes down).
Press the stop button
as soon as the down
position is reached.
How to set the automatic opening of the slats in the down position:

To change this setting
once it is programmed :
Press the «down »
button. The blind moves
to the down position.
Press and hold the «
up »button until the
desired opening is
reached.

3- Check the switch wiring on the input connector of the IRS 300.
