安全注意事項 Safety instructions
本製品は、熟練電気技術者または専門家の指導を受けた有資格
者のみが、すべての安全規則を遵守することによってのみ、組立お
よび設置することが許可されます。ストーブリ電気コネクタ社（以
下、ストーブリ） は、これらの警告を遵守することを怠った場合の
責任を一切負いません。
The products may be assembled and installed exclusively by
suitably qualified and trained specialists duly observing all appli-
cable safety regulations�
Stäubli Electrical Connectors (Stäubli) does not accept any liabil-
ity in the event of failure to observe these warnings�
ストーブリが指定したコンポーネントおよび工具のみを使用して
ください。組立式の場合、ここに記載されている準備および組立
方法の手順から逸脱しないでください。それを怠ると、ストーブリ
は安全性または技術データへの適合性を一切保証できなくなり
ます。いかなる場合にも、本製品をを変更したり改造してはなりま
せん。
Use only the components and tools specified by Stäubli� In
case of self-assembly, do not deviate from the preparation and
assembly instructions as stated herein, otherwise Stäubli cannot
give any guarantee as to safety or conformity with the technical
data� Do not modify the product in any way�
ストーブリが独自に製造したものではなく、ストーブリ製品との嵌
合が可能なもの、場合によってはコネクタメーカーが「ストーブリ
互換」と謳っていても、安全な電気接続の要件を満たしていませ
ん。
長期的な安定性が必要であり、安全上の理由からストーブリ製品
との嵌合はストーブリの承認がない限りは禁止されています。
Connectors not originally manufactured by Stäubli which can be
mated with Stäubli elements and in some cases are even de-
scribed as ”Stäubli-compatible” by certain manufacturers do not
conform to the requirements for safe electrical connection with
long-term stability, and for safety reasons must not be plugged
together with Stäubli elements� Stäubli therefore does not
accept any liability for any damages resulting from mating such
connectors (i�e� lacking Stäubli approval) with Stäubli elements�

電源をオフにした状態で作業する
電気配線で作業する場合は、5つの安全規則に従ってください。
該当する電気配線を特定した後、以下の5つの重要要件を、特に
重要な回避理由がない限り、指定された順序で満たす必要があ
ります。
-完全に切断する
-再接続されないよう保護する
-動作電圧がかけられていないことを確認する
-接地と短絡を実施する
-隣接する帯電部の対する保護を提供する
この作業に携わる人材は、熟練電気技術者または専門家の指導
を受けた有資格者、あるいはそのような技術者または有資格者に
監督された担当者のみに限られます。

Work in a de-energized state
Follow the five safety rules, when working on electrical installa-
tions�
After the respective electrical installations have been identified,
the following five essential requirements shall be undertaken in
the specified order unless there are essential reasons for doing
otherwise:
•disconnect completely;
•secure against re-connection;
•verify absence of operating voltage;
•carry out grounding and short-circuiting;
•provide protection against adjacent live parts�
Any person engaged in this work activity shall be electrically
skilled or instructed, or shall be supervised by such a person�

注意 Caution
コネクタを使用するたびに、外部に破損がないか事前に点検する
ようにしてください(特に絶縁部)。安全性に疑いがある場合は、
専門家に相談するか、またはコネクタを交換する必要があります。
Each time the connector is used, it should previously be inspected
for external defects (particularly the insulation)� If there are any
safety concerns, an electrically skilled person must be consulted
or the connector must be replaced�
各プラグのコネクタは、各々の製品に特定のIP保護クラスに準拠
するレベルの耐水性を備えています。
The plug connectors are watertight in accordance with the
product specific IP protection class�
未嵌合のプラグコネクタは、湿気と汚れから保護される必要があ

Unmated plug connectors must be protected from moisture and
dirt� The male and female parts must not be plugged together
when soiled�

組立て Assembly
注 意：
ガラスファイバ ー コ ン タクト の 組 立
ては、適切な器具を使用し、熟練した
人が行う必要があります。固定スリーブ
の圧着には、六角形状でレンチサイズ
33mmの圧着工具を推奨します。
Note:
The assembly of glass fibre
contacts must be carried out by
skilled person with the appropriate
equipment� For crimping the retention
sleeve, a crimping tool with a hexago-
nal form and a wrench size of 3�3mm
is recommended�

圧着したケーブルを横方向から保持プレ
ートに 挿し込 みます。
コンタクトが保持プレートに収まるまで、
ケーブルを引き戻します。

Insert assembled cable laterally into the
holding plate�
Pull back cable until contacts are posi-
tioned in the holding plate�

position, a screwdriver may be used�

on the contacts until the holding plate
is pushed out of the retention� Repeat
operation on the second retaining latch�

タクトで圧力をかけることをお奨めしま

から保護することができます。

Pull holding plate out of the contact
carrier with the contacts� When dealing
with pin contacts, it is recommended
to exert pressure on the contacts with
an unassembled socket contact� This
enables greater pressure to be exerted
and protects the end surface of the
fibres from damage and dirt�
