Usage prévu
Les présents outils à main sont en place pour fournir un excel-
lent sertissage des connecteurs PV de Stäubli� Les sertissages
doivent être effectués uniquement sur des câbles hors tension�
L’outil à main N’EST PAS adapté à un travail sous tension
(CEI60900)�
Intended use
The present hand tools are in place to deliver crimp excellence
for Stäubli PV connectors with cables� Crimpings shall be carried
out only in de-energized state of the cables�
The hand tool is NOT suitable for Live working (IEC 60900)�

pas de réaliser des sertissages en fût fermé� Les fûts fermés

operator as well as the pliers identifica-

that the anvil (lower die) is inserted
first, only then insert the punch�

Remarques pour un sertissage correct Notes on the correct production of the crimp con-
nection

Vérifier visuellement le sertissage selon les critères indiqués dans
la norme IEC60352-2�
(ill. 16)
Visually check the crimp according to criteria written in
IEC 60352-2�
Vérifier les points suivants:
•tous les brins ont été pris dans le manchon de sertissage;
•le manchon de sertissage n’est pas déformé et il ne manque
aucune partie des languettes de sertissage;
•la forme du sertissage est symétrique;
•une «brosse» de brins est visible sur le côté contact du sertis-
sage�
Confirm that:
•All of the strands have been captured in the crimp sleeve
•The crimp sleeve is not deformed or missing any portion of the
crimp flaps
•That the crimp is symmetrical in form
•A “brush” of conductor strands are visible on the contact side
of crimp�
