Destinazione d’uso
I presenti utensili consentono una crimpatura eccellente dei
connettori e cavi Stäubli PV� La crimpatura deve essere eseguita
solo quando i cavi sono privi di tensione�
L’utensile NON è idoneo al lavoro sotto tensione (IEC60900)�
Intended use
The present hand tools are in place to deliver crimp excellence
for Stäubli PV connectors with cables� Crimpings shall be carried
out only in de-energized state of the cables�
The hand tool is NOT suitable for Live working (IEC 60900)�

lo verso l’alto�

The crimping dies can be inserted only
when the handles are open� Insert the
dies separately� The laser identification
of the dies needs to face towards the
operator as well as the pliers identifica-
tion�
Attenzione
Durante l’inserimento degli inserti,
assicurarsi di inserire prima l’incu-
dine (inserto inferiore); solo succes-
sivamente inserire il punzonatore�

When inserting the dies make sure
that the anvil (lower die) is inserted
first, only then insert the punch�

norma IEC 60352-2�

Assicurarsi che:
•Tutti i trefoli siano inseriti nel manicotto per crimpare
•Il manicotto per crimpare non sia deformato o non vi siano parti
mancanti delle alette di crimpatura
•Il terminale crimpato abbia una forma simmetrica
•Una porzione di fili conduttori sia visibile sul lato contatti del
terminale�
Confirm that:
•All of the strands have been captured in the crimp sleeve
•The crimp sleeve is not deformed or missing any portion of the
crimp flaps
•That the crimp is symmetrical in form
•A “brush” of conductor strands are visible on the contact side
of crimp�
