The locking casters are located at the front of the bench.
To lock the casters, use your foot to push the bottom (A) of the caster lock (Figure 2).
To unlock the casters, use your foot to push the top (B) of the caster lock.

1. Lock the casters ( Locking and unlocking the casters option (page 12)).
2. Pull the handle (A) on the front of the bench to slide out the sleeper pullout (Figure 3).
3. Grasp the back of the cushion and unfold over the sleeper pullout (Figure 4).
4. Reverse steps to store the sleeper pullout.

To open the tablet, rotate the tablet up and flip down toward the inner bench (Figure 5).
To store the tablet, flip the tablet up and rotate down (Figure 6).

annual preventive maintenance for all Stryker Medical products. You may need to perform preventive maintenance checks
more often based on your level of product usage. Service only by qualified personnel.

All casters are secure and roll
All locking casters lock
Casters swivel freely
No debris in casters
All feet are secure (front option only)
Back and arms are secure and not damaged (option)
Tablet is secure and not damaged (option)
