IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
We thank you for choosing our product. To ensure your safety and health, please use
this equipment correctly. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling
and using the equipment. Safe and effective use can only be achieved if the equipment
is assembled, maintained and used properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all
users of the equipment are informed of all warnings and precautions.
1. Before starting any exercise program you should consult your physician to determine
if you have any medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety
at risk, or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your physician’s advice is
essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or
cholesterol level.
2. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your
health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain,
tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, and extreme shortness of breath,
lightheadedness, dizziness or feelings of nausea. If you do experience any of these
conditions, you should consult your physician before continuing with your exercise
program.
3. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for
adult use only.
4. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor
or carpet. To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 2 feet of free space
all around it.
5. Ensure that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before using the equipment.
The safety of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for
damage and/or wear and tear.
6. It is recommended that you lubricate all moving parts on a monthly basis.
7. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while
assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming
from the equipment during exercise, stop using the equipment immediately and don’t
use the equipment until the problem has been rectified.
8. Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing that
may become entangled in the equipment.
9. Do not place fingers or objects into moving parts of the exercise equipment.
10.The maximum weight capacity of this unit is 300 pounds.
11.The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
12.You must take care of yourself when lifting and moving the equipment so as not to
injure your back. Always use proper lifting technique and seek assistance if
necessary.
13.This equipment is designed for indoor and home use only! It is not intended for
commercial use!

STEP: 1
Unscrew Screws (No. 76)and Washers (No. 10) using Allen Wrench (S6) then,
remove and discard the Front and Rear Shipping Tubes (No. 104 and No. 105).
NOTE: You may save these parts; Screws (No. 76), Washers (No. 10), Front and
Rear Shipping Tubes (No. 104 and No. 105), for future packaging and transportation
of the bike if desired.

STEP: 2
Attach the Front and Rear Stabilizers (No. 2 and No. 3) to the Main Frame (No. 1)
using 4 Screws (No. 9) and 4 Washers (No. 10), secure with Allen Wrench (No. 106).

STEP: 3
Insert the Swing Rod Axle (No. 27) through the Main Frame (No. 1) then, insert 1
Wave Washer (No. 21) onto both sides of the Swing Rod Axel (No. 27).
Attach and secure the Left and Right Handlebars (No. 4 and No. 5) onto the Swing
Rod Axel (No. 27) using 2 Bolts (No. 18), 2 Spring Washers (No. 20), 2 Washers
(No. 19) and 2 D Shape Washers (No. 103).
NOTE: In order to tighten Bolt (No. 18) on both sides, use Spanner (No. 108) to secure
the left side and Spanner (No. 109) to tighten the right side, it is required that you use
both Spanners to complete this part of the assembly.
Attach End Caps (No. 22) over Bolts (No. 18) on each side.

STEP: 4
Attach the Left and Right Swing Rods (No. 6/L and No. 6/R) to the Left and Right
Handlebars (No. 4 and No. 5) using 2 Bolts (No. 23), 2 Arc Washers (No. 26), 2
Spring Washers (No. 20) and 2 Nuts (No. 28), secure with Spanner (No. 109).
Attach the Right Pedal Post (No. 8) to the Big Crank Wheel (No. 79) “right crank arm”,
using the Right Pedal Bolt (No. 46), Wave Washer (No. 110) and Right Nut (No. 44).
When tightening the Right Pedal Bolt (No. 46) you must turn the bolt clockwise.
Attach the Left Pedal Post (No. 7) to the Left Crank Arm (No. 80), using the Left
Pedal Bolt (No. 45), Wave Washer (No. 110) and Left Nut (No. 43). When tightening
the Left Pedal Bolt (No. 45) you must turn the bolt counter-clockwise.
Attach End Caps (No. 22) over Bolts (No. 31) on each side.

STEP: 5
Attach the Left and Right Pedals (No. 37 and No. 38) to the Left and Right Pedal
Posts (No. 7 and No. 8) using 4 Bolts (No. 39), 4 Washers (No. 32) and 4 Nuts (No.
33), secure with Spanner (No. 109).

STEP: 6
Attach the Computer Holder (No. 102) to the Main Frame (No. 1) using 2 Screws (No.
100), secure with Spanner (No. 109).
Attach the Computer (No. 97) to the Computer Holder (No. 102) using 2 Screws (No.
78), secure with Spanner (No. 109). Once secured, connect the wire from the computer
with the Trunk Wire (No. 98).
The assembly is complete!

KEY FUNCTIONS:
MODE: Press to select function. (Time, Speed, Distance, Odometer,
Calories, Scan).
-Press and hold the mode button for three seconds to reset time, distance and calories.
OPERATION PROCEDURES:
1. AUTO ON/OFF:
If the wheel is put into motion, or the mode button is pressed the computer will become
active, and shall remain active while either of these two things continue to be done,
however without any signal for approximately 4 minutes, power (computer), will turn off
automatically.
2. RESET:
The computer can be reset by pressing and holding the mode button for three seconds,
removing the batteries will also reset the computer and return all function settings back
to zero.
3. MODE:
To select the LOCK MODE setting press the MODE key when the pointer on the
function you wish to select begins to blink, (once locked only the selected function will
be displayed).
4. FUNCTIONS:
TIME: Counts the total time of an exercise from start to finish.
SPEED: Displays the current speed being obtained.
DISTANCE: Counts the total distance of an exercise from start to finish.
ODOMETER: Counts the total accumulated distance.
CALORIES: Counts the amount of total calories burned during an exercise from start to
finish.
SCAN: Automatically displays functions in the following order shown; time, speed,
distance, pulse, calories (repeat).
Battery: This monitor uses two AA batteries. If the display appears improper or
becomes difficult to read please try installing new batteries before attempting to contact.

NOTE: After a period of time, the grease in the joint will become dry and may cause
noise as a result. Please follow the instructions below regarding the proper lubrication of
the joint, this should be done periodically in order to maintain adequate lubrication.
Begin by removing End Cap (No. 22), Bolt (No. 31) and Nut (No. 33) as shown above
in figure “I”.
Next remove the Spacer (No. 30) as shown above in figure “I I”, next add some grease
to the surface and to the inside of the Spacer (No. 30), this will increase lubrication
which will decrease rub, (repeat this process for the left side). This should be done
periodically in order to maintain adequate lubrication and function ability of the
equipment.
Upon completion be sure to re-attach the Spacer (No. 30) and re-assemble the Bolt
(No. 31), Nut (No. 33) and End Cap (No. 22).
