1. DESCRIPTION
COMBAT Wireless Gamepad can be used in diԚerent games such as simulators, arcades, shooter
games, etc. Vibration feedback imparts a feeling of realistic experience during games. Ergonomic
construction of COMBAT enhances accuracy of its operation during games.
2. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Do not disassemble or repair the device on your own. Maintenance and repairs should be carried out
by qualiԛed service center staԚonly.
• Protect the device from direct impact of high humidity, dust, strong magnetic ԛelds, vibrations, high
temperatures, toxic liquids and gases.
• Instructions for device maintenance: please clean the case of the device with clean soft cloth. Do
not use such solvents as gasoline or spirit for cleaning, since they can damage the surface of the
device.
• Do not drop the device to avoid damaging it.

Installing batteries
• Open the cover tof the battery compart-
ment r.
• Install AAA type batteries qinto the battery
compartment following their polarity.
• Close the cover of the battery compartment.
Note! Always install a set of the same new
batteries. Incorrect installation of batteries
may damage the gamepad!

7. CONNECTION AND INSTALLATION
ϜAfter installation of batteries 2connect the 2.4GHz receiver via the USB cable 6to an available
USB port of your PC. After connecting to your PC, the device is automatically detected as a game
controller and is fully ready for use. However, for Vibration Feedback function it is necessary to
install drivers. Calibration of the second joystick is also impossible without the installation of drivers.
ϜShift the POWER ON/OFF switch 1into the ON position. To connect the gamepad to the receiver
for the ԛrst time, press the FC button on the receiver 7, its LED 8will light up, then press the FC
button 'on the gamepad. There is also another way to connect the gamepad to the receiver: press
the FC button on the receiver, then press the combination of buttons 9+11 simultaneously on the
gamepad and hold these buttons for 15 seconds. Pay attention: the receiver and the gamepad will
be disconnected if the gamer presses one of 9+11 buttons after the connection has been made.
ϜInsert Software CD disk into your PC CD Rom and start setup.exe to install the drivers. To test the
gamepad and make adjustments, choose a Control Panel -> Devices and Printers (Control Panel ->
Devices and Printers), click the right mouse button on the icon of Gamepad and clickl at Parameters.
Properties (Fig. 5) window will open up on your desktop.

• Enter Calibration Function (Fig. 6) to calibrate all four axes.
• Enter Vibration Test (see Fig. 7) to test and set Vibration Feedback function:
• increase or reduce vibration strength by moving the cursor. For example: vibration strength is
85% in Fig. 7;
• test Vibration Feedback function on the left or/and right motors by pressing Left force, Both force
and Right force;
• after setting and testing, press ǂƾ (conԛrm) at the bottom of the window.
Notice! Vibration Feedback function is switched ON or OFF with the VIBRATION ON/OFF
switch s.

• Switching between modes
The device can work in the analog and digital modes. The modes are switched with the MODE
buttonj. In the analog mode (red LED) all 4 axes and 12 buttons are accessible, in the digital mode
(LED is oԚ) 2 axes and 10 buttons are accessible.
Switch on the Macro mode with the button dto reprogram buttons or analog joysticks to other
functions. LED will be green or orange (if the analog mode is on). Then press a button, the function
of which should be changed, then press a button or buttons, to which functions the programmed
button should be changed, and press Macro again to quit the program mode. Press Macro and the
button, which has been programmed, to switch oԚ. Everything being reprogrammed will store in the
Gamepad memory, and when the device is oԚthe settings are not reset.

If none of the above mentioned solutions removes the problem, please consult your nearest
authorized service center. Never try to repair the device on your own.
7. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The gamepad does not work
normally after installation of
drivers on the PC.
Drivers can’t be installed on the
PC.
Some analog axis goes into
eԚect automatically.
After the gamepad is con-
nected, its driving program
can’t be found.
After entering the game,
vibration feedback function
operates automatically.
During the game vibration
feedback is insuԝcient.
Solution
ƴ. Check whether the gamepad is connected properly to
your PC.
B. Make sure that all the settings in Game Controller are
installed and conԛrmed.
C. Check whether the settings of the gamepad are in conԜict
with other peripherals.
D. Restart your PC if the device still does not work normally.
Install DirectX 7.0 or higher.
The gamepad hasn’t been calibrated or the calibration
hasn’t been conԛrmed.
Enter My computer оProperties оHardware оDevice
manager and delete the corresponding equipment with «!»
mark and reconnect the gamepad to the PC. Then your PC
will ԛnd the driving system.
Enter Force Feedback and calibrate it.
Enter Force Feedback and set the force of feedback.
• TURBO function (continuous shooting)
The Turbo function is designed to imitate multiple pressing with one-time pressing and holding of
any button. Press any button from 1 to 12 to activate the function, then, hold it and press the TURBO
button b. Now the button will function in the TURBO mode. Fulԛll the similar actions as for
activation to cancel the TURBO function: press the button which works in the TURBO mode, hold it
and press the TURBO button b.
