I - GENERAL INFORMATION
This User Manual will guide you through the functions and usage of your SWAGTRON
TM
. Before operating this
vehicle, read all the instructions for safe assembly, charging, and operation.
Please inspect the SWAGTRON
TM
unit upon unpacking for any signs of physical damage or defects.
Ensure that the SWAGTRON
TM
unit is fully charged before calibrating and using.

1.4 SAFETY NOTICE
The SWAGTRON
TM
has been designed with the utmost safety in mind for its riders. Through our meticulous
design and engineering, extra precautions have been taken to protect the user from product hardware
malfunctions.
However, like any mode of transportation, the SWAGTRON
TM
has inherent hazards associated with its use (losing
control, falling off, or riding into a hazardous situation). Please read and be sure to follow all instructions and
safety recommendations in this user manual prior to and when riding your SWAGTRON
TM
.

Before each ride, especially if you may travel a long distance, inspect your SWAGTRON
TM
. First, check the tires for
proper inflation and cracks on the walls of the tires. Keeping the tires properly inflated and maintained will help
prevent flats and damage. If a replacement of the tires or any other part is needed, please contact customer
support for replacement service.
This device requires coordination, agility, and balance. Use your best judgment to determine if an individual can
use the SWAGTRON
TM
safely.
BUILT-IN STARTUP BALANCING
The T6 has a built-in Startup Balancing feature which may be turned on or off via the SWAGTRON app. This feature
enhances the unit’s self-balancing feature by further stabilizing the board and ensuring that the pedals always face
up. By default, this feature is turned off. When using this feature, if the rider falls or otherwise dismounts the unit
while moving over an incline, the unit may continue to move on its own as it attempts to balance resulting in damage
to others, surrounding obstacles, and/or the unit itself.
If you turn this feature on and decide to use it, it is recommended to ride only on surfaces which are completely flat
with stable terrain. When the unit is on and this feature is on, do not place your hands or attempt to grasp the unit
anywhere near the wheels or foot guards as doing so may cause the wheels to spin on their own for a brief moment. If
lifting the unit when it is on and this feature is on, grasp it by the handle in the center and leave ample space between
the wheels and other objects like clothing or hair etc.
Failure to adhere to these warnings and/or instructions will result in injuries including but not limited to: abrasions,
lacerations, smashed fingers and/or amputation of fingers, injury of others, and damage to surrounding objects.

expressly approved by the manufacturer could void the user’s authority to operate this equipment.
CAUTION
This product satisfies FCC Regulations when shielded cables and connectors are used to connect
the unit to other equipment. To prevent electromagnetic interference with electric appliances such
as radios and televisions, use shielded cables and connectors for connections.

1.6 DISPOSAL AT END-OF-LIFE
This product must not be disposed of by incineration, landfilling, or mixing with household trash. Improper
disposal of the battery contained within this product may result in the battery heating up, rupturing, or igniting
which may cause serious injury. The substances contained inside the battery present chemical risks to the
environment. The recommended disposal for any SwagtronTM at its end-of-life is to dispose of the entire unit at or
through an e-waste recycling center, program, or facility. Local regulations and laws pertaining to the recycling and
disposal of lithium ion batteries and/or products containing them will vary according to country, state, and local
governments. You must check laws and regulations corresponding to where you live in order to properly dispose of
the battery and/or unit. It is the user’s responsibility to dispose of their waste equipment properly with accordance
with local regulations and laws.
For additional information about where you should drop off your batteries and electrical or electronic waste, please
contact your local or regional waste-management office, your household waste disposal service, or your point-of
sale.

2.2 SWAGTRON™ SENTRYSHIELD™ – PATENTED MULTILAYERED PROTECTION
Your safety is our top priority. That’s why all SWAGTRON
TM
devices use a premium quality lithium-ion battery
pack that is specifically designed with your well-being in mind.
The battery housing used in SWAGTRON
TM
SentryShield™ technology is made of aluminum, which provides
an airtight seal enclosing the battery. This adds a level of protection for the mainboard from overheating.
A protective silicone gel layer on the PCB mainboard maintains consistent temperatures and avoids
short circuiting.

Topping it all off is a Smart Battery Management System (BMS) that constantly monitors and helps protect the
battery against:

2.3 LEARNING MODE / STANDARD MODE / ADVANCED MODE
The SWAGTRON
TM
T6 includes three riding modes in order to provide all types of riders with the best experience
possible.
Easily switch between Learning and Standard Mode directly on your smart board.
After pressing the power button to power on the board, quickly press the power
button a second time. A confirmation beep will emit when the SWAGTRON
TM
changes
modes.
Modes can also be changed via the SWAGTRON
TM
app which is available in both the
App Store and Google Play Store. The Advanced Mode can only be activated through
the SWAGTRON
TM
app.
2.4 MOVEMENT INDICATORS
The SWAGTRON
TM
includes movement indicators to let others know when you’re on the move. Always keep a
safe distance from other riders and use your best judgment when riding !

Movement Indicator Color Action
Red
BRAKING – Red lights indicate slowing/stopping, unexpected pauses,
or sudden movements.
Lights illuminate on the rear of the board when coming to a stop from
forward motion. Lights illuminate on the front of the board when
coming to a stop from backward motion.
Blue ACCELERATION – Blue lights on the front of the board indicate forward
motion.
Green TURNING – Flashing green lights on the front of the board indicate
turning direction.
NOTE: For your safety, the Indicators cannot be turned off.

2.5 USING Bluetooth®
1. Power on the SWAGTRON
TM
to automatically turn on Bluetooth. The SWAGTRON
TM
will make a sound to
indicate that Bluetooth
®
is on and awaiting possible connection.
2. Using your mobile device, turn on Bluetooth
®
, make it “discoverable” if needed, then search. “Swagtron”
& “Swagtron music” should appear.
3. Select “Swagtron music” to begin connecting if you would like to play music on your T6. Connect to
“Swagtron” through your SWAGTRON app and enter the default password (000000) if prompted. The
app can be used to switch modes and monitor your SWAGTRON T6 battery status. The SWAGTRON
TM
will make a sound to indicate that the devices have been successfully connected and/or paired.
4. After successfully connecting and/or pairing your SWAGTRON
TM
and your device/app, you may begin
playing music or using SWAGTRON
TM
app at any time.
5. To end the connection between the devices, turn off Bluetooth on your mobile device. The SWAGTRON
TM
will make a sound to indicate that the devices have been successfully disconnected.

In order to properly connect to the app, Bluetooth V4.0 is required from your mobile device.

3.) Connection terminated
+Powering on the SWAGTRON
TM
will automatically enable Bluetooth® i.e. Bluetooth® will become enabled
and stay enabled as long as the SWAGTRON
TM
is powered on.
+Some mobile devices immediately become “discoverable” once Bluetooth® is activated. Please check the
instructions of your Bluetooth®-enabled device for any trouble with this feature.
+As with most Bluetooth® devices, it is recommended to keep the connected devices within a reasonable
distance from one another. The connection may be terminated or fail to work properly if the connected
devices are too far apart.

III – HOW TO RIDE
Get ready to ride with swag! The below instructions
will ensure that you have a comfortable and safe riding
experience with your SWAGTRON
TM
unit. Please read it
carefully as this information is very important.
3.1 OPERATING STEPS
Before you begin operation, charge your SWAGTRON
TM
unit with the included power adapter. Charging time
can take up to 2-3 hours. For detailed information on
how to charge your SWAGTRON
TM
, see Section 5.1.
1. Press the POWER BUTTON to turn on your
SWAGTRON
TM
unit.
2. Step on one PEDAL to trigger the sensors. The
system will enter self-balancing mode. Then
step on the second pedal with your other foot
quickly.
3. Stand upright but relaxed. Do not make any
sudden or jerking movements.

System will enter self-balancing mode with
system indicator light ashing.

The SWAGTRON
TM
has 4 sensors below the pedals. When the rider steps on a pedal, the SWAGTRON
TM
will adjust
itself to balance automatically.
If the SWAGTRON
TM
does not enter self-balancing mode when
triggering the sensors, the System Indicator will light up to indicate
the error. DO NOT operate the SWAGTRON
TM
under these conditions.
Please power the unit off and back on again. If this fails to work,
please calibrate the SWAGTRON
TM
by following the instructions in
section 3.3.
If you are on a slope and encounter an error, move the
SWAGTRON
TM
to a flat area. If you are still receiving the
warning light or alarm sound, contact SWAGTRON
TM
technical support immediately.
NOTE:
When riding the SWAGTRON
TM
, you must make sure both feet are
touching the pedals for proper detection. Do not put other objects
on the pedals as this could cause the system to lock or self-drive.
NOTE:
+Do not tilt forward or backwards beyond 10ºdegrees as the unit may malfunction.
+The SWAGTRON
TM
will not function if your unit flips upside down.
+Avoid uneven or rocky surfaces as the SWAGTRON
TM
may not function properly.
+Avoid hills or slopes with inclines over 30°.

+When the operator exceeds the maximum speed, a warning alarm will emit from the speaker.
3.2 DIAGRAM OF OPERATION
The SWAGTRON
TM
self-balances and moves because of
dynamic equilibrium. This is generated by the shifting
of your body weight and uses an internal gyroscope with
acceleration sensors to move based on your center of
gravity. When you lean forward, the SWAGTRON
TM
will
sense your actions and accelerate. When you need to turn,
slow down and gently shift the weight on your left or right
foot to turn towards the opposite direction.
MOVE FORWARD
Shift your weight forward to move directly ahead.
STOP
Align your body to an upright, straight position.
TURNING LEFT
Shift your weight slightly off the RIGHT PEDAL to turn left.
TURNING RIGHT
Shift your weight slightly off the LEFT PEDAL to turn right.
FORWARD
Shift your
weight forward
within 10º.
BACKWARD
Shift your
weight backward
within 10º.
STOP
Align your body
to an upright,
straight position.

STEPPING OFF THE SWAGTRON
TM
Make sure the SWAGTRON
TM
is completely stopped, then step back with your dominant foot, then quickly step
off with the other foot. Take extra care when dismounting for the first time!
CAUTION
The SWAGTRON
TM
has an inertial dynamic stabilization system that keeps you upright. However,
the system will stop detecting you if you lean too far left or right or if you take a foot off of the
board. Slow down before turning or you will fall off and be injured.
NOTE:
+Avoid turning suddenly when riding fast as this may result in accidents.
+Avoid riding sideways or turning on slopes. The self-balancing sensors may malfunction and may require
recalibration.
+Do not step on the center pivot point of the SWAGTRON
TM
. Doing so may break the carrying handle and
cause severe damage to the unit’s internal parts.
+If the T6 flips over or rotates more than 180º, motor and riding capability will be disabled. To restore
normal functions, power off the unit then power the unit back on. After this, continue to ride as normal.
3.3 CALIBRATION
If your SWAGTRON
TM
seems to pull to the left or right during
your ride, you may need to recalibrate its sensors. The process
requires a flat, stable surface and optionally a level (available
at any hardware store.)
