To install the TBLZ-1-10-09 Cover holder
GOLD/SILVER C, sizes 04-08
1. Application
Holder for the upper inspection cover of the size 04-08
GOLD/SILVER C units installed vertically. The kit contains 2
cover holders for installation in pairs.
2. Function
Mechanical holder with automatic locking device for 10
different angles of aperture.
When the cover is completely open, the locking device
releases automatically.
The cover must be closed completely in order to reengage
the locking function. You can lower the cover one open-
ing position at a time by pressing in the locking devices by
hand.

3. Installation
Dismantle the upper inspection cover.
Position the inner anchor plate as shown in Fig. 1. Mark
6 holes on the inner side of the air handling unit by using
the inner anchor plate as a template and drill holes for the
4 mm blind rivets. Install an M8x20 screw on the inner
anchor plate as shown in Fig. 3. Secure the inner anchor
plate with blind rivets.
Position the outer anchor plate as shown in Fig. 2. Mark
6 holes on the inner side of the inspection cover by using
the outer anchor plate as a template and drill holes for
the 4 mm blind rivets. Secure the anchor plate with blind
rivets.

Install the cover holder arm for the inner anchor plate as
shown in Fig. 3; tighten the nut by hand.
Install the inspection cover onto the air handling unit;
connect the cover holder arm for the outer anchor plate as
shown in Fig. 3; tighten the nut by hand.
Check the assembly for correct operation. The cover
holder should move easily without too much play. Tighten
the nuts one more time or loosen them if needed.
