8.10 DISASSEMBLING THE GUARDS - BOTTOM OF THE EQUIPMENT
8.10.1 DISASSEMBLING THE REAR SIDE GUARD
1. Remove the interlocked
guard (1), pulling it to-
wards the outside of the
equipment.

12. Remove the upright
unit with the incorporated
display from the equip-
ment, and place it on the
ground.

2. Remove the screw (U).
(TOOL: medium Phillips
screwdriver)
3. Remove the interlocked
guard (2), pulling it to-
wards the outside of the
equipment.
4. Remove the screw (V).
(TOOL: medium Phillips
screwdriver)
5. Push the guard (3)
slightly towards the rear
side of the equipment. Re-
move the guard (3).

8.10.2 DISASSEMBLING THE FRONT SIDE GUARD
1. Remove the inter-
locked guard (2), pulling
it towards the outside of
the equipment.
2. Remove the screw
(X). (TOOL: medium
Phillips screwdriver)
3. Push the guard (4)
slightly towards the
front side of the equip-
ment. Remove the guard
(4).

8.10.3 DISASSEMBLING THE FRONT GUARD
1. Remove the front side guard lateral, right and left, as described in paragraph “8.10.2 Disas-
sembling the front side guard”.
2. Remove the screw

screws (7) and (8).

4. Remove the screw

5. The front guard can now be removed.
The front guard could be as that shown in the paragraph “6.17.1 new front guard to arrange the
excess portion of cable - ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE”
8.11 DISASSEMBLING THE FOOTREST GUARD
8.11.1 DISASSEMBLING THE REAR SIDE FOOTREST GUARD
1. Remove the rear side guard as described in paragraph “8.10.1 Disassembling the rear side
guard”.
2. Loosen the 4
taptite screws (W).
(TOOL: medium
Phillips screwdriv-
er).
During reas-
sembly, tighten the
taptite screws (W)
with a tightening
torque of 3 Nm - 2.2
lbf-ft.

3. Push the foot-
rest guard towards
the rear part of the
equipment, to re-
lease the screws
from the eyelets.
4. Remove the foot-
rest guard (X).

8.11.2 DISASSEMBLING THE FRONT SIDE FOOTREST GUARD
1. Remove the front side guard as described in paragraph “8.10.2 Disassembling the front side
guard”
2. Remove the 3 taptite
screws (Y). (TOOL: medi-
um Phillips screwdriver)
During reassembly,
tighten the taptite screws
(Y) with a tightening
torque of 3 Nm - 2.2 lbf-ft.
3. Remove the footrest
guard (5).
