Montera tarp på tältkåtan
Nedan följer monteringsanvisning för montering av tarp på tältkåta. För modeller tillverkade
före 2012 och för Onyx samt storlek 15, behövs en tillbehörskoppling som köps separat.
Mounting the canopy onto the Nordic tipi
Below are instructions for mounting a canopy onto a Nordic tipi. For tent models manufactured
before 2012, for Onyx and size 15 models, an accessory connector is available separately.

The canopy’s fastening is
connected to the Nordic
tipi’s accessory sleeve. The
eyelet and cord are used
when the canopy is put up
as a freestanding shelter,
see examples later in the
manual.
Montera Tarp 5/7 med en
teleskopstång plus lina och
spänn med ytterligare fyra
linor.
Canopy 5/7 is mounted
using a telescopic pole and
a cord and is tightened
using another four cords.
Montera Tarp 7/9 med tre
teleskopstänger plus linor
och spänn med ytterligare

Canopy 7/9 is mounted
using three telescopic poles
plus cords and is tightened
using two or four more
cords.

Anslut tarpen till tillbehörs-
fickan. Tryck till kardborre-
banden ordentligt hela
vägen. Fäst tarpen till höger
så att regnvatten som
rinner från tältets topp leds
bort från tältöppningen.
Attach the canopy to the
accessory sleeve. Press firmly
all along the Velcro strips.
The canopy is mounted to
the right so that rainwater
is led away from the tent
opening.

Pull the eyelet at the front
end of the canopy over the
end of a telescopic pole
and peg the cord to the
ground.
Peg the other cords to the
ground. Adjust and tighten
so the canopy fits snugly
against the tent.

öglan på sidan mitt emot
den med kardborrefäste.
First of all, put a tent peg in
the band loop on the side
opposite the side with the
Velcro fastening.
Fäst en teleskopstång i
öljetten vid kardborrefästet
och justera till lämplig höjd.
Fäst teleskopstångens lina
med en tältspik och spänn
linan.
Push the end of a telescopic
pole through the eyelet by
the Velcro fastening and
adjust it to a suitable height.
Peg down the cord for the
telescopic pole and tighten it.
Place tent pegs along the
long sides.
Sätt tältspikar längs lång-
sidorna.
Sätta upp tarp som vindskydd
Tarpen kan användas utan tältkåta, som ett vindskydd om man behöver ett enkelt och
lätt men funktionellt skydd för vinden.
Putting up the canopy as a shelter
The canopy can be used without a tent, as a shelter with low weight, if you need a
simple but functional protection for the wind.

Fäst en teleskopstång i
öljetten vid kardborrefästet
och linan mot marken med
en tältspik.
Push a telescopic pole
through the eyelet by the
Velcro fastening and peg
the cord to the ground.
Fäst en teleskopstång plus
lina på motsatta sidan.
För storlek 7/9 behövs två
stänger på denna sida och
det går även att sätta en
tredje stång här på samma
sätt som när tarpen är
monterad på tältkåtan.
Do the same on the opposite
side of the canopy. For size
7/9, two poles are needed
on this side and it is also
possible to put a third
telescopic pole here in the
same way as when the
canopy is mounted onto
the Nordic tipi.
The cords on the long sides
are pegged down and all
cords are then adjusted
using their tensioners.
Fäst linorna på långsidorna
med tältspikar och justera
därefter samtliga linor med
hjälp av linsträckarna.
Sätta upp som fristående tarp
För att montera Tarp 5/7 som en fristående tarp krävs en extra teleskopstång (säljs separat).
Det är till god hjälp om man är två personer när man sätter upp en fristående tarp.
Putting up as a freestanding canopy
For putting up the Canopy 5/7 as a freestanding canopy, an extra telescopic pole is required
(sold separately). It is easier to be two people when putting up the canopy like this.

Torkning och förvaring
Tarpen måste alltid få torka ordentligt innan den packas för längre tids förvaring, annars
kan fukten orsaka mögel och väven skadas.
Drying and storage
The canopy must always be allowed to dry properly before being packed away for long-term
storage. Otherwise moisture can cause mildew which will damage the fabric.
