The fixed speed minifuge requires minimum
manipulation and is the ideal complement for
beekeepers with up to 100 hives.
It allows the processing of the cappings to recover
agreat deal of honey (no more than 2 kg of dry
cappings for every 100 kg of extracted honey).

- Base reinforcement with a molded edge.
- Stand fixation with elastic holds to absorb any
vibration.
The appliance has a removable stainless steel basket of 230 mm diameter (2).
The top of the basket engages in a ball bearing turntable (7) which holds it in place during rotation.
The height of the turntable is adjustable (8) to ensure constant pressure. Each machine is supplied
with a nylon sieve to dry the lids. This basket can hold from 8 to 10 kg of undried lids, i.e. 12 frames
or 1/3 of the height of the basket. From these lids, up to 4 kg of honey can be recovered.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
CAUTION : Before connecting the appliance to a power supply, make sure that your electric
installations comply with current standards (differential circuit breaker protection, earth wire,
etc.).
Check the supply voltage.
Before using the unit for the first time, clean it to remove any residual metal shavings or filings.
Make sure that the machine is secured to the ground (the machine is delivered with drilled stands
for this purpose).
The honey must not accumulate inside the centrifuge: always keep the output clear.
Always check that the inox basket is well fitted in the hexagonal drive shaft; never push hard on
the lid if it won’t close.
