The "minifugeuse" centrifuge with variable speed
control performs 2 functions on its own, namely
drying the lids and filtering the honey at low
speed.
Equipped with a variator (1), it allows the honey
to be filtered continuously and without emulsion,
at low speed.
Tank
- 10/10 stainless steel tank
- Reinforcement at the base by a rolled edge.
- Attached to the support by elastic studs to
reduce vibrations.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
CAUTION : Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, make sure that the
electrical installation complies with current standards (protection by earth circuit
breaker, earth wire, etc.).
Check the supply voltage.
Before using the unit for the first time, clean the unit to remove any residual chips or
filings.
Fix the appliance to the floor (the feet have holes for this purpose).
The honey must not rise into the centrifuge, therefore the honey outlet (2) must never be
blocked.
Filtering: if the output flow decreases, open the machine and check the level of clogging
of the filter. If the filter is clogged with impurities, soak it upside down in hot water. It is
advisable to always have a set of filters in advance.
The appliance has a stainless-steel removable
Basket (230 mm diameter) (2).
The top of the basket engages in a ball bearing turntable (7) which holds it in place during
rotation. The height of the plate is adjustable (8) to ensure constant pressure. Each
machine is supplied with a nylon sieve for capping drying. This basket can hold up to 8 to 10
kg of undried lids, i.e. 12 frames or 1/3 of the height of the basket. From these lids, up to 4
kg of honey can be recovered.
