The loader for the Alpha Plus and Delta uncapping
machines makes easy loading possible. It allows
you to load efficiently and quickly frames with no
direct manipulation.
This equipment can position the frames of two
supers at the entry of the uncapping machine.
The loader can be adapted to an already existing
line but the uncapping machine must be brought
to our workshop.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
CAUTION: Before connecting the appliance to a power supply, make sure that your
electric installations comply with current standards (differential circuit breaker
protection, earth wire, etc.).
Check the supply voltage.
Before using the unit for the first time, clean it to remove any residual metal shavings
or filings.
Keep out of the reach of children - Unplug after each use.

This small box is fixed on the side
of the loader.
It is derived from the central
control box of the uncapping
machine.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Connect the unit to the power supply.
Press the power button.
Press the ON button.
Adjust the knife temperature using the temperature regulator.
Set the speed shuttle to 1 to run the machine.
Set it to 2 in the event of a blockage to run the machine in the opposite direction.
The loader automatically positions the frames in the uncapping machine.

The loader retrieves the frames while the super returns to the deboxer. (see deboxer
manual)
The frames are then held in place by the flaps positioned on each side of the loader (see
photo below).
Using both hands, push the frames up to the cleats. The series of frames must come to
rest against the cleats when they are in the lowered position.
The frame entry adjustment system of the machine allows the frames to pass one by
one.
The next bar pushes the frame down between the knives.
