The deboxer for Alpha Plus and Delta Plus
uncapping machines makes unloading frames
from supers easy and quick.
This equipment allows you to take the frames out
of the supers and to install them onto the loader.
This is done quickly and with no direct frame
manipulation.
The deboxer can be adapted to a preexisting line
but the uncapping machine must be brought back
to or workshop.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Caution : Before plugging the deboxer to the compressor, check that the two units are
compatible (continuous 5 bar pressure).
Before the first use, clean the machine to get rid of any residual pieces of metal or
shavings.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES
- Connect the deboxer to the compressor: a pressure regulator is attached to the deboxer, and
a 5 m hose with thread is provided to fit any compressor.
- The deboxer can be connected directly to a compressor or to an internal compressed air
circuit.
- Start the compressor and allow it to pressurize: the minimum pressure required is 5 bar.
- Place a super on the deboxer support.
- Scrape the heads of the frames to remove the propolis and any wax bridges. Without this
operation, the loading of the uncapping machine is more difficult.
- Position the super against the bumpers.
- Press the pedal.
- Keep the pedal down until the frames are out of the super and pass over the loader's hinged
flaps.
- Release the pedal to let the frames rest on the flaps, and the super will come down.

MAINTENANCE
Caution : Unplug the compressor before any maintenance operation.
Clean the machine with hot water to remove any honey residue.

Problem Possible solutions
The pedal does not engage
- Check that the machine is correctly plugged to the
compressor.
- Check that the compressor is on and under pressure.
- Check that the pedal is connected to the deboxer.
Only the first jack engages - Check that the switch on the second jack is on.
The frames are fed two by two
to the uncapping machine. - Clean the frame heads before unboxing them.
