•Donotallowchildrentoplayonoraroundthe
storedmachine.

Storage
Important:Donotusebrackishorreclaimed
watertocleanthemachine.
Whenthemachineisstoredforalongperiod,doout
thefollowingprocedure:
1.Cleanoffanydirtorgreasethatmayhave
accumulatedonthemachineoranyofthe
movingparts.
2.Touchupanyscratchesonthepaintedsurfaces.
3.Replaceanymissingordamageddecals.
4.Storethemachineinsideadry,securebuilding.
Insidestoragereducesmaintenance,givesa
longerworkinglife,andincreasestheresidual
valueofthemachine.Ifinsidestorageisnot
available,coverthemachinewithaheavysheet
ortarpaulinandsecureittightly.
Important:Whenstoringtheattachment,do
notallowthebrushtotouchthegroundorother
objectstoavoidbendingthebristles.

parts,andtransportation.ThiswarrantybeginsonthedatetheProductis
deliveredtotheoriginalretailpurchaser.

whomyoupurchasedtheProductassoonasyoubelieveawarrantable

Notallproductfailuresormalfunctionsthatoccurduringthewarranty
periodaredefectsinmaterialsorworkmanship.Thiswarrantydoesnot
coverthefollowing:
•Productfailureswhichresultfromtheuseofnon-Bullseyereplacement
parts,orfrominstallationanduseofnon-Bullseyebrandedaccessories
andproducts,orunapprovedmodicationstotheProduct,accessory,
orreplacementpart.
•Productfailureswhichresultfromfailuretoperformrecommended
maintenanceand/oradjustments.
•ProductfailureswhichresultfrommisusingtheProductorusingitin
anabusive,negligent,orrecklessmanner.
•Partsconsumedthroughusethatarenotdefective.Examplesofparts
whichareconsumed,orusedup,duringnormalProductoperation
include,butarenotlimitedto,blades,reels,rollersandbearings
(sealedorgreasable),bedknives,sparkplugs,castorwheelsand
bearings,tires,lters,belts,anddiscs,seedelementcastings,rotors,
brushes,scrapers,frazeblades,raketines,PTO’s,anddrawbars.
•Failurescausedbyoutsideinuence,including,butnotlimitedto,
weather,naturaldisaster,storagepractices,contamination,useof
unapprovedfuels,coolants,lubricants,additives,fertilizers,water,or
chemicals.
•Failureorperformanceissuesduetotheuseoffuels(e.g.gasoline,
diesel,orbiodiesel)thatdonotconformtotheirrespectiveindustry
standards.
•Normalnoise,vibration,wearandtear,anddeterioration.Normal
“wearandtear”includes,butisnotlimitedto,damagetoseatsdueto
wearorabrasion,wornpaintedsurfaces,scratcheddecalsorwindows.
Parts
Partsscheduledforreplacement,asrequiredmaintenance,arecoveredfor
thesamewarrantyperiodastheproductwarranty.Partsreplacedunder
thiswarrantyarecoveredforthedurationoftheoriginalproductwarranty.
Bullseyemayretainallpartsbeingreplaced.Bullseyewillmakethenal
decisionwhethertorepairanyexistingpartorassemblyorreplaceit.
Bullseyemayuseremanufacturedpartsforwarrantyrepairs.
MaintenanceisatOwner’sExpense
Enginetune-up,lubrication,cleaningandpolishing,replacementoflters,
coolant,andcompletingrecommendedmaintenancearesomeofthe
normalservicesBullseyeproductsrequirethatareattheowner’sexpense.
GeneralConditions
RepairbyanAuthorizedDistributororDealerisyoursoleremedyunder
thiswarranty.
NeitherBullseye,noranycompanyinvolvedinthemanufacture,
distribution,orsaleofaBullseyeproductshallbeliableforindirect,
incidentalorconsequentialdamagesarisingoutoforrelatedto
thesaleoruseoftheProduct,includinganycostorexpenseof
providingsubstituteequipmentorserviceduringreasonableperiods
ofmalfunctionornon-usependingcompletionofrepairsunderthis
warranty.Exceptfortheemissionswarrantyreferencedbelow,if
applicable,thereisnootherexpressorimpliedwarranty.
Somestatesdonotallowexclusionsofincidentalorconsequential
damages,orlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabove
exclusionsandlimitationsmaynotapplytoyou.Thiswarrantygivesyou
speciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfrom
statetostate.
