InstallingtheBallastPlates
Important:Theballastkitshouldbeinstalledonly
whentheUHMWfrontrollerwheelsareinstalledon
thecuttingunit.Ifyouchoosetoinstallthecastiron
rollerwheels,theballastkitshouldberemovedfromthe
cuttingdeck.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecutting
units,engagetheparkingbrake,shutofftheengine,
andremovethekeyfromtheignitionswitch.
2.UsingthedimensionsshowninFigure1,locateand
drilltwo7/16inchdiameterholesthroughthecutting
unit.
