hydraulicuid.
•Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulicleaks.
•Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulicsystem
beforeperforminganyworkonthehydraulic
system.
•Getimmediatemedicalhelpifuidisinjected
intoskin.
Drainthehydraulicoilfromthetankthroughthesuction
sideontheright-handsideofthetank(Figure1).
Note:Clampthehoseabovethepointwhereyouwill
disconnectittopreventthehydraulicoilfromspilling
outbeforeyouarereadytodrainthetank.

Procedure
1.Loosenthe2rearscrews(verticallythreaded)on
thefuel/hydraulicoiltankmountingplate,whichis
locatedbeneaththefueltank.
2.Removethe2screwsthatsecurethefronttank
mounttothemachine.
3.Propupthefuel/hydraulicoiltankmountingplate.
4.Removetheexistingttingfromthebottom,
left-handsideofthehydraulicoiltank.
5.Installandposition,butdonotsecure,the90-degree
elbowtting(andthehoseclamp)tothebottomof
thehydraulicoiltank(Figure2).
