WARNING
Hydraulicuidescapingunderpressurecan
penetrateskinandcauseinjury.
•Ensurethatallhydraulicuidhosesandlines
areingoodconditionandthatallhydraulic
connectionsandttingsaretightbefore
applyingpressuretothehydraulicsystem.
•Keepyourbodyandhandsawayfrompin
holeleaksornozzlesthatejecthighpressure
hydraulicuid.
•Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulicleaks.
•Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulicsystem
beforeperforminganyworkonthehydraulic
system.
•Getimmediatemedicalhelpifuidisinjected
intoskin.
Drainthehydraulicoilfromthetankthroughthesuction
sideontheright-handsideofthetank(Figure1).
Note:Clampthehoseabovethepointwhereyouwill
disconnectittopreventthehydraulicoilfromspilling
outbeforeyouarereadytodrainthetank.

Procedure
1.Loosenthe2rearscrews(verticallythreaded)on
thefuel/hydraulicoiltankmountingplate,whichis
locatedbeneaththefueltank.
2.Removethe2screwsthatsecurethefronttank
mounttothemachine.
3.Propupthefuel/hydraulicoiltankmountingplate.
4.Removetheexistingttingfromthebottom,
left-handsideofthehydraulicoiltank.
5.Installandposition,butdonotsecure,the90-degree
elbowtting(andthehoseclamp)tothebottomof
thehydraulicoiltank(Figure2).

through.
7.Installarubbergrommetinthelargestknockout
hole(Figure2).
8.InstallthedoubleR-clamptothefanmountwitha
hex-headscrew(1/4x5/8inch)andaclipasshown
inFigure2.
9.Install5clipstotheradiatorasshowninFigure2.
10.Installthetemperaturesendertotheoilcooler
(Figure2).
11.Routethehydraulichosefromtheoilcoolerthrough
thesealingplatetothehydraulicoilmanifoldblock
asshowninFigure2.
Note:Donotconnectthehoseendsyet.
12.Routethecoolerhosefromtheoilcoolerthrough
thesealingplatetothehydraulicoiltankasshown
inFigure2.
Note:Donotconnectthehoseendsyet.

13.Securethe90-degreettingthatisontheendofthe
hydraulichosewithahoseclamp(Figure2).
14.Attachtheadapterttingtothe90-degreetting
onthehydraulichoseend,andinstallthehoseend
adapterttingintotheholeinthehydraulicoil
manifoldblockasshowninFigure2.
15.Securetheendofthecoolerhosetothe90-degree
ttingonthehydraulicoiltank,andsecuretheend
withahoseclamp(Figure2).
16.Securetheotherendsofthehydraulicandcooler
hosestotheoilcoolerasshowninFigure2.
17.Securethehydraulichosestogetherwith2cableties
asshowninFigure2.
18.Installtheoilcoolertothehousingusing2lower
coolerbrackets,2hex-headscrews(1/4x5/8inch),
2uppercoolerbrackets,2coolertabs,2spring
washers,2shoulderbolts,and2angenuts(3/8
inch).
19.Routetheoilcoolerwiring(includedinthemain
harnessfromthefactory)fromthehydraulictank
areathroughtheknockoutinthesealingplateand
tothetemperaturesenderttingontheoilcooler
(Figure2).
20.Securethefuel/hydraulicoilmountingplate.
Maintenance
Cleanthesystemeveryyear(cleanthescreens),ormore
often,ifnecessary.
