About this guide
This guide is intended for Operators of TouchTunes digital jukeboxes and their technicians, and TouchTunes
technical support and field service personnel. It provides important information about the installation, setup, and
operation of your new Virtuo.
Congratulations on your purchase of a
Virtuo Floor Stand.
As well as supporting your Virtuo
SmartJuke, the Virtuo Floor Stand
provides you with a platform for
equipping your Virtuo with TouchTunes
acoustic packages, resulting in a
powerful combination of sound output
configurations on all 3 zones.

TouchTunes Interactive Networks is not responsible for any damage resulting from the improper installation or
connection of test kit components or any other external equipment to your kit. Nor is TouchTunes responsible
for any damage caused during shipment (except the shipment to the original purchaser) or any damage caused
by:
• impacts, fluids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning or similar disaster
• unauthorizedmodifications,attachments orperipherals,improperuse,environment,installationor electrical
supply
• improper maintenance
• any other misuse, abuse, or mishandling
Familiarize yourself with this important safety information before proceeding with product installation.
WARNING: Do not operate the Virtuo Floor Stand without the integrated
subwoofer and the base plate attached.
The subwoofer and the base plate are integral components to maintaining
the Virtuo Floor Stand’s stability, and both must remain attached to the
Virtuo Floor Stand at all times when in operation.
WARNING: The handles and wheels on the Virtuo Floor Stand are intended
to facilitate tilting the Floor Stand backwards and rolling the Floor Stand into
its base WITHOUT a Virtuo mounted.
Reclining the Floor Stand and/or rolling it on its wheels with a Virtuo
mounted presents a serious risk of human injury. The Floor Stand
handles are not lift points with or without a Virtuo mounted to the
Floor Stand.
WARNING: Do not operate the Virtuo Floor Stand without the integrated
subwoofer and the base plate attached.
The subwoofer and the base plate are integral components to maintaining
the Virtuo Floor Stand’s stability, and both must remain attached to the
Virtuo Floor Stand at all times when in operation.
WARNING: This symbol alerts you to the presence of dangerous voltage within the product
enclosure that can be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electrical shock. Do not
remove the cover or back. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Servicing must be
performed by qualified personnel only.

CAUTION: This appliance must not be tipped (except to roll stand with no Virtuo mounted),
shaken, rocked, or climbed upon. Doing so can cause injury or death. This appliance is only
intended for use with the Virtuo SmartJuke.
CAUTION: Do not install this equipment near any heat sources, such as radiators, heat
registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
CAUTION: Do not defeat the safety purposes of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A
polarized plug has two blades with one blade wider than the other. A grounding-type plug
has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wider blade or the third grounding prong
are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit in your outlet, consult an
electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
To prevent risk of fire or electric shock, avoid overloading wall outlets, and do not use
extension cords.
Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs, convenience
receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
CAUTION: See product enclosure for safety related markings and refer to the product’s
Virtuo manual on the TouchTunes website for additional safety information.
Do not use this apparatus near water of moisture—Do not use this product near a
bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, laundry tub, in a wet basement, near a swimming pool, or
anywhere else that water or moisture are present.
Clean only with a dry cloth—and as directed in this document. Unplug this product from
the wall outlet before cleaning.
Do not block any ventilation opening. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s
instructions—To ensure reliable operation of the product and to protectit from overheating,
put the product in a position and location that will not interfere with its proper ventilation.
Do not let objects or liquids enter the product—as they may touch dangerous voltage
points or short-out parts that could result in a fire or electric shock.
Use only attachments and accessories specified by the manufacturer.

Refer all service to qualified service personnel. Service is required when the apparatus has
been damaged in any way: such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged; liquid has been
spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus; the apparatus has been exposed to rain or
moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
The Floor Stand is supplied with a preinstalled DA-415 amplifier in the base. The amplifier in
the Virtuo must be used only to power theFloor Stand’s array speakers andsubwoofer. The
DA-415 amplifier can be used only to power other speakers not included on the Floor Stand,
such as a house system.
Do not add a second amplifier to the Virtuo Floor Stand.
